A great time! - Highly recommend! Itsy our guide was great. Informative, engaging , funny and knew her stuff. I left much more educated on rum. We went on a day that was forecasted for rain which was perfect!

Rum tasting/ fun ! - You immediately start with a free complimentary drink, and our tour was guided by Natalie/Tallahassee was amazing and very informative Made the experience not just fun and boozy but you actually LEARN something in a fun way. Tally was amazing she was a great sport with the team! You get a bit tipsy AND you leave with good vibes and a fun experience !

Chill experience - Chill tasting experience. Get there 30 mins early to enjoy your welcome cocktail at the outdoor bar and take pics on the Bacardi sign. On the way to the tasting room you get a history lesson on Bacardi and its distilling process which the guide goes more in depth later on. You taste 4 different spirits while sitting and listening to guide. The spirits themselves were interesting, the last two were probably my favorite in terms of taste. Last time I was here I did the cocktail making class which was fun and more social. Depends on what vibe you want. Overall chill experience.

Basic tour - It was too short for the amount of $ paid. Got more out of just visiting the initial bar before the tour. Rum tasting wasn’t bad but not everyone likes chocolate.

Tour Canceled due to weather and no response from Bacardi - We received an email stating that our tour was canceled due to weather. I responded to the email stating that we weren't able to reschedule because we were leaving the next morning and I requested a refund. I got an initial response from Madelaine Cruz stating that my issue would be forwarded to the visitor center team. I haven't heard anything since then (Sunday 17 August 2025). I sent a follow up request (Wednesday 20 August 2025) and still nothing.
