Wonderful experience in the sea of olives - A few weeks ago, my family and I, including our little one of three years, were lucky enough to visit an olive oil cooperative in the beautiful area of Cazorla, in Jaén. The visit lasted about two and a half hours and was guided by Laura, a true expert who conveyed her passion for olive oil. Laura explained in detail the whole process, from growing olive trees to extracting oil, comparing ancient techniques with modern ones. He delighted us with anecdotes and curiosities that made the visit super enjoyable and educational. Thanks to this experience, we are now true olive oil fans. We enjoy each tasting much more and appreciate the area of the sea of olives where the cooperative is located. At the end of the visit, we were able to buy oil with all the knowledge acquired, and now we love to share what we learned with family and friends. Every time we go to the supermarket and see a bottle of oil, we enjoy reading the labels and applying what we have learned. Without a doubt, it is an experience we recommend to everyone to visit Cazorla.

Fantastic olive oil factory tour and tasting - Thank you so much, Laura, for a great tour today. We both really enjoyed it and loved Laura"s passion for the olive oil. The tour is about 2 hours, starting in the olive groves and seeing the whole process right up to bottling. Then there was a short trip to the museum to see how oil was produced historically, followed by tasting the different olive oils produced here. Great fun and lovely oil. Laura was very informative and friendly - she really made this tour the best we have done. We bought some oil (and chocolate!) to take home with us, but will hopefully be back for more when we run out.
