Discover how mozzarella is made, quasi hands on - The overall tour was very well structured and managed very well by Daniela a young lady speaking very well English (and French). It was super interesting and we could really understand how Mozzarella is done from cow to plate. The lunch basket that was part of the package was ok. What wasn’t nice is the fact that the groups are made of 20 persons (we were actually 25 since a family joined last minute) and consequently it was definitely too much: we could hardly hear the explanations, we could not all enter in the different rooms, we were tight … that is a pity. 15 should be the max to enjoy fully the tour.
