- Guests are permitted a small bag or backpack with personal items that will fit under the seat (think plane seat.) Anything larger than that will not be allowed.
- Passengers in swimsuits or without shirts are not allowed in the terminals or on board the vessels. This includes see through cover ups. Please be sure to wear a shirt and shorts to ensure you are able to enter the ferry.
- Transportation is provided rain or shine. Refunds and reschedules requested inside of 24 hours will not be permitted, regardless of the reason
