• Cepilho Beach - The first stop is at Praia do Cepilho, a renowned spot for surfers. Here, there will be a brief pause for photos before returning to the vehicle to proceed to Praia de Fora.
• Fora Beach (Ranchos) - At the stunning Praia de Fora, also known as “Dos Ranchos,” there will be an opportunity to order lunch (optional) for the return from the trail.

From this point, there is an easy 10-minute walk to Praia Do Meio.

• Meio Beach - This area is perfect for swimming. From here, a guided walk of approximately 40 minutes begins, passing through beautiful natural clearings and mountain forests.
• Praia do Cachadaco - The pristine and untouched Praia de Cacadaço offers a unique view and close contact with nature, eventually leading to a natural swimming pool with crystal-clear waters.
• Piscina Natural da Caixa d’Aco - A collection of rocks forms a pool in the sea, an excellent spot for swimming and snorkeling where various species of colorful fish and diverse marine life can be enjoyed. You can dive and swim in the crystal-clear waters as much as you like.

Enjoy the natural pool for an hour, then return along the same trail to the main village of Trindade to relax in the sun and sea.
