At TasteKefalonia, visitors can enjoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the local olive mill, Robolla wine from the vineyards, and honey from bee hives on Mount Ainos. - Divino Wines and Vinegar - Established in 1996 by a local oenologist, Divino Winery offers over ten wine labels and three types of vinegar, with its standout product being rose vinegar. This traditional Kefalonian recipe is infused with rose petals from a specific plant variety introduced by the Ottomans. Part of the winery is housed in a preserved 16th-century building, yet all wine and vinegar production equipment is modern and high-tech. Visitors can purchase products and explore the winery’s museum, which showcases the island’s rich history through artifacts and wine-making tools, many of which are 200 to 300 years old. These items originate from the founder’s family home and winery or are donations. Wine tasting is available in the museum area, and tours can be arranged for groups or individuals. During harvest and production months, visitors can witness the process firsthand.
