Boring trip with language difficulties - Guide did not speak English he. Should have e e n aware of this as all correspodent was in English we used iPhone. Translate for urgent times and places. Not much to see anyway. Tour felt like one long and doting shopping trip

Bad experience - Lousy experience as I was cancelled once I had already arrived in Puerto Montt and still do not get the refund of the Tour.

Awful company!! I never got to go on the tour. - They canceled my tour the night before. They said it was operational issues. They are a terrible business. How can you cancel a trip the right before then expect me to find something different on that short of a notice.
