• Deoban Trekking (Kaushik’s Cafe & Trek) - Day 1:
  Trek to Budher Caves: Distance 6-8 kilometers. (Budher Caves is a popular destination for visitors to Chakrata and offers a short trek of 2-3 hours. It is associated with the Mahabharata period. Visitors can enjoy the sunset or sunrise from the summit as well as explore the darkness of the caves). Return and stay at the hotel in Lokhandi.

Day 2:
Trek to Deoban Top is a Snow Trek (December-February). It is a long walk (13-16 kilometers) through pine forests and lush green surroundings. Deoban is an easy trek with views of pine trees and lush green meadows. Visitors can also reach there with their private vehicle.

If time allows while returning from the hotel, you can visit Tiger Falls (Please note no guides will be provided for this trip as you can drive all the way there). Tiger Falls is one of the highest waterfalls in the Uttarakhand region and is easily accessible by road. A trek of 15-30 minutes is required to reach the falls from the parking area. There is a restaurant where you can purchase snacks and food. Bathing is recommended if it suits you.

This is an excellent trekking route featuring Alpine Mountains, snow from December to February/March, forests, open fields, and offers a remarkable experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity to explore a cave thought to have been constructed by the Pandavas. It is believed that anyone who can run and walk is capable of completing this trek. None of our trekkers have reported any instances of altitude sickness.

The trek lasts approximately one day and five hours.
