Fantastic day, so interesting and beautiful. - 5 out of 5. Our guide was really friendly. I loved the big budda. I recommend that anyone travelling to phuket does this tour.

Great morning seeing the sites - Great family day out. Friendly and funny guide who gave us great tips and knowledgeable about the areas we went to. Only downside was the coffee stop which was at a pearl sales show room.

Mixed Feelings - Found this company in the Tourism Authority of Thailand website (for a reliable operator) under a different name. And indeed it did fulfil its obligation to provide the tour on the same day. My morning tour van was filled by a group of 10 pax, and by a-day-prior email notification I was reassigned to the afternoon tour to join another tourist arriving in Phuket in the early afternoon. There were only 2 of us in the afternoon tour meant for 10 pax and they still proceed to fulfil their orders.
The tour guide Micky and driver even put in the effort to pickup the lost tourist who's airport taxi had dumped him in Patong after failing to locate his unknown B&B accommodation whose name has changed and address cannot be found on Google Map. And after the tour sent him to this B&B house.
Of course these cause me delays. But they still complete the tour itinerary.
Complementary fruit juice, 2 bottles of water, coffee, biscuits and a banana were provided in the tour with adequate toilet breaks.
Tour guide Micky speaks very good English, is a local, takes very good photos and has a good understanding being a frequent tourist himself.

This tour felt a bit... - This tour felt a bit disorganized. While the guide was friendly and helpful, the explanations of the sites seemed somewhat limited. If you prefer a more laid-back, hands-off experience, this tour might suit you. However, it’s worth noting that you could likely visit all the locations on your own without much trouble—so the tour may not be essential.

Disappointed - Not a great experience. 20 min late pick up, was only informed on the day Big Buddha had been closed for months but still charged full price for tour. Tour was not as advertised, stopped at places not on itinerary. Warm water provided, no refresher towel as advertised, no commentary throughout the trip about the stops or places on the way to stops and only approx 20min stop at each point. Overall please do your homework when considering this type of tour.

Low level tour - The tour level was very low, unfortunately.
1. Tour guide English level was low. Explanations about the sights were short and in incomprehensible English. The expectations from a tour guide, and I had plenty of those on my life, is to be knowledgeable and provide information about the things you see. This wasn't the case with the old town, big Buddha, and the temples. Even if the guide has knowledge about this, she has no ability to deliver it in good English.
2. Cashew factory and Pearl store stations are but a tourist trap. The goal is to make money from you and they put pressure on you to shop there.
3. If you look at the small letters of the description you'll find out like us that Big Buddha is closed since September. We saw it from a close by view point, but we expected at least a thorough explanation about what we see.
