Stay away - Poor service. The boat canceled and rescheduled under high pressure and time constraints to 2 days later. When discovering that the new schedule would not work with our tried to cancel but they refused refund. They stated we did not give them enough time. Tried to follow their timeline for cancelation on the website but because of THEIR reschedule and them not updating their system with the new time I could not cancel online in the timeframe they stipulated. I would not recommend and viator will not help.
