To do without hesitation - Very well organized, punctual hotel pickup. Nice to do. Crew at the top, our DTP guide was very attentive and good advice. The sunset was beautiful from the catamaran with the music playing I highly recommend this half day tour

Sunset cruise - The activities were good and our guide (Noon) explained everything not even once and was available and helpful with everything you need, including being very friendly. The food was also great is just that we ate a little bit early than our expectation. The problem is that the time went fast while we were still trying to enjoy ourselves.

Catamaran is the way to go - Nice smooth journey to Koh Hey with snacks and sodas, and beer for offer. The snorkeling was a short stopover and we did not get close to the fish or coral so could not see anything. The only other semi negative was that dinner was half cold by the time it was served on the way back, but the sunset was neat and they stopped to let us take a lot of pictures. Bonus was a full moon coming back.

Nice boat trip - Nothing wrong with the arrangement but the snorkeling and the visit to the island nothing to have. Lots of people on the island. Nice boat trip though. The food as you might expect. Went home before sunset.

Better to book direct - let us down twice with very poor communication - Tour operator cancelled on us twice, the first time because they weren’t running any cruises on the day that we booked, the second time they cancelled on us when I called them at the p.m. meeting point and they lied to us about saying they had sent an email at 11 am – they had not. They didn’t offer us any other alternatives, was the last day of our holiday and the only boat trip that we had booked. Very poor communication from the tour operator and very disappointing to be let down at the last minute. We managed to book our own catamaran cruise down at the meeting point Pier with another company so luckily we didn’t miss out completely.

Avoid this trip! - Bad schedule design! Have lunch at Pier before trip starts! Otherwise lunch at 3.30pm.Coral island overrated snorkeling is bad! Floating jetty a challenge with banana boats! Dinner is hawker style at 5pm onboard with water and juice only. Bad hosting and trip not recommended!

Still sick 20 days after the tour. - All sorts of reasons to not trust this operator. Read plenty of Google reviews calling out scams too. If you value your time, money, health and sanity just find another tour operator. Late to pick us up from our hotel, only had one van taxiing 40 people to a pier. When you get to their “head office” you’re told “no drinks or snacks onboard but you can buy them here,” “no activities onboard but you can buy them on the island.” “Ouch sea urchins, here, buy some shoes.” It was just cash grab after cash grab. Was in the hull hiding from the Sun where we saw a plastic bag of cooked chicken just festering. Surely that’s not dinner right? 20 minutes of snorkelling which was tainted by waiting half an hour for people who can’t swim to work up the courage to get in the water. I’d like to know how many of the staff know how to perform CPR on a drowning victim. Oh yeah it was dinner… chicken, rice and veg. I passed on the chicken. Should’ve passed on the entire dinner. No more than 3 hours later my boyfriend was violently ill, shortly after he fell ill so did I. We paid over 2,000 Australian Dollars on medical bills, cancelled our flights and had to book new ones because we were too sick to fly. After multiple tests we found we got Gastritis AND Giardia, the title is no lie. I’m still suffering from this tour. Honestly it was the worst ending to an amazing holiday.
