Disney land was fine but don’t stay for fireworks - The Park itself was excellent but the problem was we stayed for the display and it was late starting. The crowds were unmanageable. I saw one woman have a panic attack as she tried to leave and get through the crowds. We also tried to leave as were afraid we would miss our train …there was no way out other than going through the crowds. I emailed Disney and got no reply. Just want people to know if you stay for the fireworks you cannot leave until it ends . If it is delayed you will have to wait as there is no way to get out . I would not stay for the fireworks as it was not worth the distress

We want the Disney of the 2000s back. - I had to go back after more than 15 years , what a disappointment.... Everything is done for money it loses all this magic .. no visible character except if you pay AGAIN AND AGAIN .. to eat it’s a disaster.. a sandwich shop at 4 it came back to us at 105 euros and we were really soft... Your coffee like this it will be cheap on Highway 3e50 for a small espresso. Souvenir shops are everywhere I’m not against it quite the contrary it ok still exist but the .. a bubble machine has 30 euros also a sweater at 66 euros you spend more than your entrance which already costs an arm for what little remains to be done in the park .. in my memories it was so magical .. the characters were much more in the park laughing with the children, today if you meet them it is to go to a strategic place, they are of course surrounded by cast member and forbidden to approach them .. you see them through the windows in restaurants where the menu is 100 euros. we stayed at the Davids crocket and well believe me it’s the only thing that was right for us .. we ate in the restaurant at the hotel and the quality was present .. I do not mind putting the price in something quality. Disney Land bets please don’t keep making the park a money machine it’s such a shame for families who save for a long time to please their families.. We all want the 2000s disney!

Disappointing!!! - The tariff has become very excessive for a quality that is decreasing. The rides are getting very old and much less accessible characters on the parks. Very disappointed!!! More and more business without living up to the front park. Virtual queues for meetings... at opening time, there is already no access. Results impossible for children to meet characters they expect to see...

Worst Disneyland - Not only is this the smallest Disneyland but the worst too! It’s was a warm day for Paris but many of the rides were closed, including the train ! Most of the parades were planned for the day were cancelled too, and no reason was provided for the same! Up until 4 pm I realised I hadn’t seen a single Disney character!! finally when Mary Poppins came , she refused to interact with the crowd! The parade was also late in the night, so we missed that too! Sorry to say, but I didn’t feel a bit of the Disney magic! Huge disappointment! I have no idea why we paid so much money to come to this place!

More than magic it seems like a construction site, where you have to invest a lot of money. - First of all the park was very inoperative and fenced with games that did not work. The fences did not help the decoration at all and created confusion when using the map of the also confusing app. Secondly there were many people, which made it impossible to enter a game of the most attractive without queuing at least an hour, or more, for each of them. In the app they offer you to pay individually for the game you choose, but nevertheless, when it comes to doing so, they take away the best games of the choice. In this way, you only have to buy the premiere acces, which in the case of a family, the budget of that multiplies considerably. We had a rainy day, and they maintain that the park is prepared for those days. I don't know. Finally, it is not worth buying tickets for several days, at least in winter. With one day it is enough and plenty to go through everything, as it is open halfway.

Unjust, inhuman and distressing experience at Disneyland Paris on 31/01/2026 - Today, 12/31/2026, we were at Disneyland Paris with sisters to spend a moment of joy. What was supposed to be a magical day turned into a humiliating and traumatic experience. We were subjected to an act of racism by a park employee, who insulted us and called us “monkeys”, making degrading gestures in front of many visitors. The person in charge as well as security were present. Several witnesses confirmed the facts. Despite this, the version of events has been modified to minimize the severity of the situation and protect the employee concerned. In 2026, to suffer such behaviour in a place that is supposed to embody magic, respect and inclusion is unacceptable. We refuse to be silent. Racism has no place anywhere

EUROSDINEY STAFF INFECTS NEVER AGAIN CHANGE THAT QUICKLY BEFORE THIS PARK GOES INTO OBLIVION - I knew Disney at the opening living in Paris at the time. We went with the passport year round it was amazing people were smiling they loved the work and loved the children. Here we are in 2025 on 25/01 and disappointed. Very unpleasant staff, we come across a disney character (the goofy dog) at 14:30 in STUDIO Park, the person of the staff who was behind him to watch him, an infectious girl who dares to say: "I don't understand that people dare pass in front of me" , I passed in front of her to attract my grandson to the character to reassure him, moreover we were only 5 people around him. Anyway.. already we don't talk like this and she says this to her colleague, it's just crazy they had a smile (basically they're laughing at us but they think they are telling me?) and the cherry they imposed on my 22 month old son's grandchildren if you want the photo with you have to say please!!! BUT THEY THINK THEY'RE LITTLE GUYS WHO CAN HARDLY SPEAK AND IN THIS CONTEXT ARE INtimidATED. And she added no autograph to a 6-year-old, it's a shame without a sickening beurk name. Then we went to eat at the stark factory personal infective, no stroller so the little one in his arms without taking a table in advance PROHIBITED so you bang the self with a half asleep baby while having your tray in your hands. I made the remark to them, I only had the answer "it's like this bar point" and looks you up and down. Great, you get to the tables they're dirty rotten sticky, the toilet smells, the floor is slippery by m.... .. EURODISNEY'S NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE, IT'S JUST A MONEY PUMP. I'm not even talking about foreigners. People mostly infect Spanish people without genes without education, who step on you or push you if they don't have the vision they want. In short... EURODISNEY review your records and especially your hirings. Take some seed in the USA please! You're missing the whole concept. Plus pay full pot to have everything in works, not the doll ride not Indiana Jones anyway... but not a discount. You really think we're cash cows.

Disappointment total waste of money - We had high expectations of Disneyland but were left disappointed. Not a single character was seen roaming around. The only time we saw any was during the parade and that was for a total of 2 mins and were not seen again. Majority of the rides were closed as were other shops. This was such a waste of time for us. We only managed to get onto 2 rides and during this other rides were also closing shop hours before the firework display. The firework was the only thing worth seeing. We will not be returning.

Don't waste your money in this park - Frankly, I'm not going back. I got the Eurodisney park system in minutes. Lots of alleys and very few games. At the end of the games you come across the souvenir shops. Stop thinking we're pigeons. In short you spend your time trying to walk with a world not possible: impossible to move! To finally arrive in front of theaters or armored games of people. My kids played four games in five hours. They never told me Eurodisney again. Ps: when the parade begins Watch out for the personnel who push you to clear the way by talking to you like slack... Frankly, my husband almost stuck one in a young girl who allowed herself to speak very badly to him following a question asked. And finally no characters in the park. No doubt they were shooting Disney movies lol. Long live the park Asterix, futuroscope etc cheaper and 10 times better.

A total con - Awful. Been 3 hours and not been on a ride. Queues massive and not suitable for young children who need toilets and are cold. Overrated, over priced and far too busy, 50 minute queues everywhere. More entertainment in a shopping mall with free entry. Caught fleeting glimpse of one character who ran away .,.no fun at all. Total waste of time and money. Rip off
