Pleasant day - Nice experience, but having visited Disney in the past in Orlando, Florida, I was surprised not to see Disney characters. I liked the Ratatouille attraction where we felt like we were in the shoes of Remi.

Give it a miss. - Hrrrmm, awful. Disneyland Paris was not the magical experience it should have been (and I've been to all of them). I feel this park is old and not worth the money. One attraction that was severely run down was Alice's Labyrinth. The cheshire cat's eyes don't spin, one of the Queens doesn't pop out, and the whole thing needs paint. The Buzz Lightyear animatronic in the Tomorrowland ride is hidden behind a large curtain - broken too? Oh, and ride closures galore. The Railroad coaster is closed for a major referb, but Space Mountain is closed too? That just leaves Indiana Jones as the only rollercoaster - and that's a super old, super uncomfortable coaster. They have added lots of "busker" shows for what I believe is to have something to offer guests - boring. Oh, and to see a character you need to book. They seriously need more characters for the demand they have. Cast members had meh attitudes and weren't friendly. It was a Disney park, but it really wasn't "Disney". I heard ppl saying the same thing as I left to go home 5 hours early.

Don’t bother - It certainly wasn’t as magical as it says on tv. We had two days tickets and managed 7 rides in those two days, they cram as many people as they can in making it so busy you can hardly stop to see things. The prices are absolutely disgusting, the buffet cost £100 (115 euros or so) for 3 of us and the food was rubbish. The last straw for us was queuing for Olaf on the last day, we queued for nearly 2 hours and no member of staff told us what’s taking so long. We waited about 1.5 hours outside and when we thought we finally made it in we had to queue another 30 minutes inside, all the while the fast pass people kept stopping everyone so they can cut to the front. Now I get people pay for fast pass to cut the queue but they could have at least waiting at the inside queue. Also while waiting inside the security lady kept making everyone squeeze as close as possible together to fit more in and telling the kids to stop sitting down. After finally getting our picture taken my daughter asked us if we can go home she’d had enough, so we reluctantly agreed and went to pay for the Olaf picture to be told it takes an hour to be sent to them (wasting the two hours we’d spent) Absolutely not worth the money , no Disney characters walking around and most staff weren’t very cheerful. Next time I’ll just pay a quarter of the price for a uk theme park

Very disappointing experience at Disneyland Paris - I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to Disneyland Paris. I want to be clear that this feedback is specifically about the Paris park. I traveled all the way from Denmark, driving over 14 hours, with high expectations of a magical experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was far from that. Due to extreme overcrowding, I was only able to experience two rides throughout the entire day. Waiting times were beyond reasonable — standing in line for over 80 minutes for a single attraction is unacceptable, especially considering the high price of admission. It is shocking that no real system is in place to manage the number of guests per day to avoid such chaos. In addition, I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with security. Their attitude was aggressive and the general atmosphere was filled with pushing, shouting. This was supposed to be a joyful family trip, but instead, it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had at a theme park. For the amount of money paid, I expected a much more enjoyable visit. There are many better alternatives to Disneyland with friendlier staff and a far more pleasant environment.

FIRST PROFIT AND THEN RESPECT. SHAME ON YOU! - We visited the park on the 4th of July, hoping to spend a day of fun for our children enjoying the attractions of the park. The result was absolutely disappointing! Our day was spent in long queues, never seen in any other amusement park visited in Europe. Some attractions closed, others suddenly out of service due to technical problems, after long waits. An example: 12 o'clock, we try to access BIG THUNDER MINING and after 50 minutes of waiting we are forced to leave due to a fault that blocked the attraction with the people on board. We return at 18 (after the restoration) and leave the attraction at 20 hours between queue and intermittent failures that kept repeating. The other attractions had waits close to 60 minutes for the whole day. A shame! You can't treat children like that. In this park everything is aimed at profit, at the expense of respect for customers and respect for children. They should only sell tickets for a reasonable number of people, avoiding unnecessary overcrowding. Finally, the charade of priority access for disabled people that is shared with those who pay for the skip-the-line priority pass, another shame of this park. Absolutely not recommended, you will never see me again. I felt robbed!

A Sad Decline of What Was Once a Magical Place - Disneyland Paris – A Sad Decline of What Was Once a Magical Place I’m writing this review after what was, unfortunately, a deeply disappointing experience at Disneyland Paris. As someone who visited the park 17 years ago and again 8 years ago, I can confidently say the magic is gone — and what’s left is a commercial machine that has lost its heart and soul. Booking Process: Booking online was relatively easy, but the interface felt very outdated. For a brand of this caliber, the website should offer a smoother, more modern and intuitive experience. It’s functional, but well behind the times. Cancellation or Booking Modification: We had booked tickets for a group of 7, but on the day of our visit, one of our children became unwell with a high fever. We reached out to Disneyland Paris requesting to either reschedule his ticket or receive a credit for a future date, understanding we were asking at the last minute due to illness. We were met with a flat refusal and zero compassion. No flexibility, no human understanding — just a rigid "no." We ended up leaving our sick child with a babysitter while the rest of us went. We asked again if we could use that unused ticket on another day once he recovered — again, rejected. For a company that claims to be all about families and children, the cold, inflexible response was both surprising and upsetting. Visit to the Park: This being our third visit, we expected some evolution — but sadly, the park has barely changed in nearly two decades. The same rides, same shows, and very little innovation. Instead of improving the experience, it seems Disneyland Paris has just increased the prices to extreme levels. The pricing inside the park is outrageous. €5 for a soft drink, €20 for a plastic cup, €25 for a simple hat — it feels like blatant exploitation. Families already pay high entrance fees (higher than Legoland or Parc Astérix), only to be hit again with shocking prices inside the park. It’s unfair and leaves a bad taste. Rides: Out of around 45 rides, 11 were not operational during our visit — either closed for renovation or suffering technical issues. That’s nearly 25% of the park. Nowhere on the website or during booking were we informed of this. Yet tickets were sold at full price. If only 75% of the park is functioning, how is it acceptable to charge 100% of the cost? Queues and Overcrowding: This may be the worst part of the experience. The park was packed beyond comfort, with most rides having wait times of 45–90 minutes. With so many rides closed, the operational ones were overwhelmed. In a full day, we only managed to go on 6–8 rides. For a family spending this much — financially and emotionally — it’s a deeply frustrating outcome. Conclusion: It truly saddens me to say this, but Disneyland Paris is no longer the magical place it once was. What used to be a 5-star family experience has now become a 1-star disappointment. Overpriced, overcrowded, and lacking empathy or innovation. Other parks like Legoland and Parc Astérix have surpassed it in both value and experience. Unless major changes are made, I strongly recommend families to look elsewhere for their next theme park adventure. Shame on you, Disneyland Paris, for letting something so special fall so far.

Loss of magic at Disneyland Paris - I want to share our recent experience at Disneyland Paris Park, which unfortunately did not live up to the magic we experienced during our previous family visits a few years ago. Of the 14 attractions open that day, three broke down after waiting more than 45 minutes, which was very frustrating, especially for children. Minnie’s famous parade, once magical, has turned into a mere parade of characters that are hard to recognize for the little ones — more carriages, more decorated cars, and above all more faces amazed in the audience. The waiting time for each attraction ranged from 45 minutes to 1:15 am, for rides that close between 6 pm and 8 pm, much earlier than the shops that remain open until the park closes. If we do the math, it is barely possible to make between 8 and 10 attractions during the day, not to mention breaks or moments of relaxation. This excessive waiting time is also explained by the skip-the-line ticket system, which allows visitors who have paid extra to pass in front of others. I understand that this generates additional revenue for the park, but it creates a deep sense of injustice, especially for the children. When a child, tired of having waited in vain, asks why others pass without delay, how to explain to him that it is because their parents paid 160 € more per person? The magic disappears at that moment. We left with a feeling of sadness, as the children themselves no longer wanted to queue. It’s no longer the magical park that we experienced, but an experience that has become too commercial, where the magic has given way to profitability.

NEVER AGAIN- WARNING - NOT WORTH THE HASSLE - Pros Honestly none Cons Teriible food Expensive food Wait times of 35 to 45 mins Very few rides for teens - only go if you have kids aged up to 6-7. Confusion over rides Silly to have two parks - adds to the confusion Expensive - family of four cost over 900 euro for one day. I am actually horrified at how expensive it is. I got to go on 5 rides. I just saw a lot of tired, grumpy people. Nobody is smiling as it's a chore rather than a positive experience. NEVER AGAIN
