Day 1. Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanon – Mae Sariang (278 km.)

Day 1. Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanon – Mae Sariang (278 km.)
Doi Inthanon - Get acquainted with your bike as you journey south from Chiang Mai to Doi Inthanon National Park, Thailand’s highest peak at 2,565 meters above sea level. Enjoy the ride along the superb winding mountain road through picturesque pine forests. Explore Thailand’s most exquisite waterfall, nature trails, Royal pagodas, and botanical gardens. Descend to Mae Chaem for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, continue riding through pine forests until reaching Mae Sariang, near the Myanmar border, where you can relax at your serene accommodation.
Day 2. Mae Sariang – Mae Hong Son – Pai (287 km.)
Day 3. Pai – Chiang Dao - Fang (270 km.)
Pai - Before breakfast, early in the morning, you have the opportunity to offer food to the monks along the streets of Pai’s local market. After breakfast, visit the Pai World War II Memorial Bridge. Continue on the winding mountainous roads. Later, arrive in Chiang Dao for a relaxing lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, explore the Chiang Dao cave. Then ride along fantastic mountain roads through Thailand’s “Little Toscana” until reaching Fang. Relax in your charming accommodation with a stunning panoramic view of Doi Angkhang.
Day 4. Fang - Tha Ton - Golden Triangle - Chiang Khong (194 km.)
Golden Triangle - After breakfast, depart from Fang and visit Wat Tha Ton, located atop the mountains at the Burmese border. Later, visit the long-neck Karen tribe village near the Thailand-Myanmar border. Ride to Doi Mae Salong, home to Chinese mountain tea farmers, and sample Thailand’s finest tea. Then, return on curvy roads to Mae Sai, the northernmost point of Thailand. Visit Wat Tham Pla to feed wild monkeys. Reach the Golden Triangle for a long-tail boat trip on the Mekong River and visit a small village in Laos (no visa required). Explore the Opium Museum before riding Thailand’s “Paradise Road” along the Mekong River to Chiang Khong – the gateway to Indochina. Relax at your peaceful accommodation by the mighty Mekong River.
Day 5. Chiang Khong - Chiang Rai - Nan (328 km.)
Wat Rong Khun - After breakfast, ride along a scenic road through farming areas to Chiang Rai city. Visit the renowned White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), one of the top 10 wonder temples in the world. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Ride the exhilarating mountainous highway to Nan. Visit Wat Phra That Khao Noi (Nan hilltop scenic temple) before relaxing in your lovely accommodation and taking a dip in the swimming pool. Later, explore and enjoy Nan’s nightlife.
Day 6. Rest Day in Nan
Nan - A day of leisure. Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or shopping in town. Optionally, explore the historical and cultural sites of unseen Nan by bicycle. (Laundry service available)
Day 7. Nan – Bo Kluea - Phayao (334 km.)
Day 8. Phayao - Sirikit Dam - Uttaradit (331 km.)
Day 9. Uttaridit – Sukhothai (89 km.)
Sukhothai Historical Park - After breakfast, depart Uttaradit, riding on backroads through vast rice fields until reaching Sukhothai. A short day of riding allows ample time to explore one of the highlights of this incredible motorcycle tour: the Ancient Sukhothai Historical Park, designated as World Heritage site number 574 on 12 December 1991 by UNESCO. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the ancient ruins, creating a magical and memorable scene. Later, arrive at the guest house and enjoy the charming classic wooden Thai accommodation with a swimming pool.
Day 10. Sukhothai – Phichit - Nakhon Sawan (240 km.)
Day 11. Nakhon Sawan – Erawan National Park (313 km.)
Erawan National Park - The first stop is Wat Tha Sung, Uthai Thani, built in 1320 A.D., now a significant temple in Central Thailand. Next, visit the unseen teak wood temple, nestled in the middle of Castle Rock Mountain (Wat Tham Khao Wong). Then, take hidden back roads and a ferry to Erawan National Park, with a quick stop at the Sri Nakarin Dam viewpoint. Arrive at the destination before sunset.
Day 12. Erawan National Park - Kanchanaburi (222 km.)
Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre and Memorial Walking Trail - A sightseeing day with a 200 km ride. From Erawan National Park to Kanchanaburi City, visit Sai Yok Yai waterfall as the first stop. Then ride to Hellfire Pass for a bit of trekking. Continue to Tham Krasae for the Death Railway passing. Enjoy an easy ride to Mallika town, a 100-year-old model town in Thailand. Arrive in Kanchanaburi city and make a quick stop to pay respects at the war cemetery. There are many attractions here, including the famous WW2 memorial bridge, known from the movie “The Bridge on the River Kwai.”
Day 13. Kanchanaburi - Hua Hin (296 km.)
River Kwai - After breakfast, ride to the Giant Monkey Pod Tree. Then transfer to Kaeng Krachan Motorcycle Race Circuit. Continue riding through Kaeng Krachan Dam crest and national park. Enjoy lunch at the dam. Now in southern Thailand, avoid the main highway and take the back road via Khao Samroiyod to reach Hua Hin. Stay overnight at Hua Hin beach. A delicious and fresh seafood dinner awaits. Later, explore the famous Hua Hin night market and its vibrant nightlife.
Day 14. Rest Day in Hua Hin
Hua Hin Beach - A day of leisure. Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or shopping in town. Optionally, explore the historical and cultural sites of Hua Hin by bicycle. (Laundry service available).
Day 15. Hua Hin - Prachuap Khiri Khan – Chumphon (324 km.)
Day 16. Chumphon - Ranong (198 km.)
Day 17. Rest Day in Ranong
Day 18. Ranong - Krabi (320 km.)
Ao Nang Beach - An exciting ride today from Ranong to Ao Nang, Krabi. In the morning, stop at the “Grass Hill’s” for photos, resembling a Swiss alpine. Enjoy a long curvy highway speed ride to a charming coffee shop at Baan Rai Ai Aroon. Then ride a more winding road to Takuapa’s old city, Phang-nga. Delight in a lovely lunch prepared and served by local ladies. Ride up the mountain’s twisty route to Nang Hong viewpoint. Then descend via backroads to Ao Nang, Krabi. Stay two nights here and explore this beautiful part of the world.
Day 19. Rest Day in Krabi
Krabi Town - A day of leisure. Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool/beach or shopping in town. One of the tour highlights today is the optional Krabi Island Hopping. This is a popular activity among travelers in Southern Thailand. Enjoy a full-day tour by hopping around the beautiful significant islands by speedboat. Visit the islands of Koh Poda, Chicken Island, Tup Island, and Phranang Cave Beach. Take time to swim and snorkel in beautiful and relaxing spots. (Laundry service available)
