Great experience! - I had a great experience with James! He was kind, accommodating, and I learned a lot about history, flowers, herbs, temple offerings, and the food I ate.

Delicious! - I was paired with a very knowledgeable and warm tour guide who showed me a whole lot of food spots. We went to the markets where he explained ingredients and how they're used and stopped off to lete try everything. I had a wonderful time, maybe are too much but that was the whole point!

Wonderful tour, only takes 2 to 2-1/2 hours, and with Lilly as your guide you are guaranteed to have fun and learn a lot - This was a great walking tour. We tasted 4 items - mango sticky rice, a sweet sausage wrap, and two types of noodles. We were stuffed by the end, but learned a ton. Lilly was our guide and she was an absolute wonderful person to talk to, we asked a ton of questions. Lilly knows a lot about the culture and was a great tour guide!

Delicious! - Our guide, Nom, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about Chiang Mai cuisine, and the bonus was walking through the complex maze of marketplaces and seeing all kinds of vendors for fruits, sweets, savory snacks, fabrics, and many more. We went back after the tour and did some shopping on our own. One tip for anyone taking the morning tour, which I recommend because it is not crowded and the pace is good, is to skip breakfast so you can enjoy the food you buy to sample along the tour.

The value for your money in this tour is insane! - The value for your money in this tour is insane! We went to Michelin star places, got so much information from our guide Maggie, and had fantastic Northern Thai food. It’s great that you pay for the food yourself, so if there’s something you’re allergic to or not interested in, you can opt for something else. All in all, this was an amazing experience. Loved how we were walking around too as we got to see the locals and the scenery. Come on an empty stomach because you will be eating a LOT! And wear comfy walking shoes too!"

A must do hidden gem! - The tour guide is very friendly and knowledgeable! If you want the best experience go for the 11:30 slot any later and some of the food places will be shut, the food was amazing and very cheap so it didn’t even matter you have to buy your own food! I would recommend this to everyone visiting chaing mai and wants to try authentic food

Great Walking Tour - Nice walking tour in Chiang Mai. Visited 3 Michelin inspired stalls. It was well worth the money spent. Anh was very knowledgeable about the history of every restaurant that we visited. My nephew who is a big foodie was in his element

Michelin? Maybe not. - It was a good opportunity to meet people from other countries and try some foods we wouldn’t otherwise venture to eat. It was difficult to understand our guide and he certainly had a great amount of information to share. Overall, the food we tasted was mediocre at best.

Lame - Pretty lame. No food was included only a coconut drink. That was not clearly explained when we signed up or by the tour provider.

Don't Bother - We visited a place that made deep fried dough and a place that made sticky rice. That was it. Otherwise we walked through a market selling cheap knockoff goods, pots and pans and used clothing. Worst tour I've taken in the last 10 countries I've visited.
