The meeting point is at the Chansom Memorial Bridge, known locally as “Khua Khaek,” where the walking tour begins. The first stop is Lung Khajohn Wat Ket, renowned for its sweet steamed rice skin dumplings typically filled with peanuts. Participants will taste this delightful snack, Khao Kriab Pak Moh, before exploring the vibrant Ton Lamyai Flower Market. - Gor Neng - Next, the tour proceeds to Go Neng to savor a Chinese specialty of uniquely-shaped deep-fried dough. (Some say the buns resemble dinosaurs!) Known as Pa tong go, this is a favorite snack among locals.
- Warorot Market (Kad Luang) - After enjoying the tasty dough sticks, the tour continues to Warorot Market – a well-known market offering a variety of snacks, produce, clothing, and more. For a sweet indulgence, the group will seek out a specific stall famous for its Thai mango sticky rice.
- Thana Ocha Noodle - The tour concludes with a savory dish at the final stop, Thana Ocha. Here, participants can enjoy their renowned Hakka-style noodles with Hakka stuffed tofu, fish sausage, and wontons. The day ends with a contented appetite, filled with delicious Thai dishes and treats.
