Excited for a tour which combines education - The first thing I would say is that this tour was like "all the good friends together". That was how I felt, that was the atmosphere. Very relaxed, no rush, easy tour, a lot of water and small cretan foodies, the lunch was excellent and the most importand was that me and my kids learned ancient greek letters Definetely is not only a tour in an ancient place, you also learn something very different with high value. My kids were excited to show this ancient greek letters to their teacher. Thank you Vassilis and Lena, I will come next year to any new you will arrange. Kids are looking forward

I had a GREAT time with Lena & Vassilis - The Aptera Archaeological Site is a clear window into the history of the island that helps to highlight not only what Crete once was, but also how it has changed over time. The site, although small, contains a small museum and with the help of Lena's guided tour she gives us a lot of information about the history of the island and the site. The entire site helps to show what the entire area would have looked like in its heyday through effective renderings of the different parts of the village, including the projection of the once magnificent structure of the amphitheater, the seats of which are still visible and open for viewing. Lena and Vasilis then took us to the restaurant and before eating, we did the wonderful calligraphy lesson (ancient greek calligraphy) and I confess that even though we had 1.5 hours at our disposal for the lesson, Lena gave us all the supplies to practice the calligraphy lesson. What can I say about the food... it was wonderful traditional Cretan. I'm thinking about going back to Chania when I go back to other one-day trips that Vasilis and Lena will organize. I thank them from the bottom of my heart... I had a GREAT time!
