Don’t Miss This One! - This was a very informative and enjoyable tour. The small group allowed us to all visit with one another and share good food and wine in a very beautiful and relaxed environment.

Olive oil and wine - Alex was amazing. A nice balance between providing historical insight with his quirky approach. The olive oil was amazing and the wine was perfect. Small snacks are provided. We loved it!

Wine/olive oil tour - Enjoyed the wine and olive tour. The olive oil tour was very informative. They gave you tips on how to cook with olive oil and why certain oils are not as good for your health. The wines were light and enjoyable. The only issue I had was the van at one point was very hot from one point to another. And it was a hot day in summer. After a few of us brought that to the guides attention, it did not happen again.

Fun, Educational, and Family-Friendly — A Must-Do in Crete! - We had an amazing time on the Crete Wine and Olive Oil Tour — truly one of the highlights of our trip! We brought our 8-year-old daughter along, and the tour operator was incredibly accommodating and engaging with her, which made the day even more enjoyable for our whole family.
We met a wonderful couple on the tour, enjoyed some truly exceptional wines, and learned so much about the olive oil-making process. The information we gained completely changed how we view and purchase olive oil — we’ll never look at it the same way again!
The balance of education, tasting, and fun was perfect. Highly recommend this tour for couples, families, or anyone interested in getting a deeper (and delicious) look at Crete’s rich culinary traditions.

Time flew by… - From pick up to drop off was about 6 hours. The time flew by. Maria had so much information and history about Crete. She brought us to the Ancient Olive Tree of Vouves and museum. We took a cool picture in the middle of the trunk. Our next stop was one of the coolest wineries that I have been to. I loved that it also had olive oil. It was an amazing pairing. Good food and great wine. The next winery was a boutique winery that had really good wines and fresh food to pair with it. We saw how they made, bottled, and labeled the wine. The owner added so much when she told info about how they named some of their wines. Maria also had great recommendations for other things to do in the area (off the beaten path).
The tour was informative, fun, filling of food and wine, and memories. Yamas!!

Wonderful day!! - We enjoyed this tour so much! Our tour guide Yannis was so friendly and knowledgeable. We learned so much about wine and olive oil and food was great too! Highly recommend!!

Great experience. - This was a wonderful tour. I do think the tour was more wine focused than olive oil so if you’re in it for the olive oil then this is probably not for you. We stopped at 3 location. First was a wine and olive oil tasting; 5 wines and 1 olive oil with delicious snacks. Second stop was at the oldest olive tree which was super cool. And finally, another winery with 5 more wines, small snacks, and a tour of the wine making facility. Our driver, Costa, was very enjoyable and informative. Overall, very nice excursion and worth the price.

Great excursion! - Yannis, our tour guide, was great! Full of energy and knowledge. 3 stops- 1 vineyard, one olive oil/vineyard combo, and one quick stop the oldest olive tree. Would recommend this excursion . Plus pick up from nearby hotel which is a big perk!

Delicious wine and great company - Great wine tour and wonderful driver/tour guide. He was very insightful on the history of the island and the villages. He even gave us a great tour at the Olive Tree Museum, which non-passages joined to listen. The first winery, Anoskeli, was delightful. Great wines, great service, and some snacks. The second winery, Manousakis, was a little more crowded and less personal of an experience, but still offered great wines.
