- Child rate applies only when sharing with 1 paying adult.
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- A current valid passport/ driving license/ id, is required on the day of the tour
- The tour goes on the rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, we might wait a while to stop and to continue later or you can reschedule the tour another day and time, subject to availability. Another alternative given is a voucher valid for a year. No refund is applicable.
- No alcohol consumption before the tour
- There are weight restrictions. Each participant should be over 30kg (66,13 lbs) till maximum 110kg (242,5 pounds) and at least 1.30cm (51inch ) height.

Tons of fun, great guides and easy to learn - you'll have a blast! - This was a great tour and we just had so much fun! If you've never been on a segway before, don't worry, you're given instructions and practice before you start - it was easy to use and you'll have a really fun time! Very safe and would highly recommend - we loved it!

First time Segway - First time on Segway. Enjoyed the experience. Guide really helped get us through the maze of the old town. Fun adventure.

Fantastic experience - We absolutely enjoyed our tour, and learning how to ride a Segway. I am 71 years old and found it easy to ride. It was really a lot of fun! The instruction before hand was excellent! Touring the old town & learning some of the history was fantastic too!

Morning boat tour - Great tour. Nice boat. Attentive crew. And very knowledgeable guide. 19 minute walk from cure terminal to meeting location.

Excellent value, interesting tour. - Really enjoyed the tour. Easy to locate in the main town.
We had a little practice up the main pedestrian street beforehand, which was a little daunting and then set off.
The headset was a bit crackly to hear, but it was interesting going through the small pretty streets, which we hadn’t seen on a previous visit.
The group was small, just 7 of us, one of the other party had a bit of difficulty controlling her Segway, so swapped with the tour guides bike!
We did this on our own from a cruise. Definitely excellent value and cheaper than the cruise’s trips!

Highly recommended tour - First time ever to ride a Segway. They did a great job getting us to feel comfortable and in control. We were able to see a lot in a short amount of time and had a blast doing so.

Great tour at a fair price! - We had a great tour with Betty! The shop we had found quickly, it is located in the middle of the city center. After getting a very good and personal introduction to the use of the Sagway, we drove off. For us it was a private tour as no other people participated. The explanations came from tape and were not always easy to understand, but this did not stop the tour at all. Driving through the small old town streets was quite impressive and really fun. Betty was very accommodating and made sure that all participants got through the crowd well. In addition, there was a bottle of cold water.
We would highly recommend the tour to anyone! She's worth her money!

Run by weird people - They canceled my booking twice then messaged me on WhatsApp to ask me to sign up. Weird behavior. They told me there is a minimum number of participants. Then they should change the booking settings on here
