- Child rate applies only when sharing with 1 paying adult.
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- A current valid passport/ driving license/ id, is required on the day of the tour
- The tour goes on the rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, we might wait a while to stop and to continue later or you can reschedule the tour another day and time, subject to availability. Another alternative given is a voucher valid for a year. No refund is applicable.
- No alcohol consumption before the tour
- There are weight restrictions. Each participant should be over 30kg (66,13 lbs) till maximum 110kg (242,5 pounds) and at least 1.30cm (51inch ) height.

Great tour at a fair price! - We had a great tour with Betty! The shop we had found quickly, it is located in the middle of the city center. After getting a very good and personal introduction to the use of the Sagway, we drove off. For us it was a private tour as no other people participated. The explanations came from tape and were not always easy to understand, but this did not stop the tour at all. Driving through the small old town streets was quite impressive and really fun. Betty was very accommodating and made sure that all participants got through the crowd well. In addition, there was a bottle of cold water.
We would highly recommend the tour to anyone! She's worth her money!

Good start for further exploration. - A relaxed exploration of Chania Old Town with two professional and knowledgeable guides. Our questions were answered, and there was time to visit some of the sites. An excellent basis for further exploration.

Great family Segway tour of Chania - We had a fantastic Segway tour in the beautiful city of Chania as a family of four, including our 10-year-old daughter. My partner was quite nervous at first, but our guide Betty was incredibly patient and kind, taking her time to help her feel comfortable and confident. The tour was a great way to explore parts of the city we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Despite Chania being quite busy with lots of people around, we went at a relaxed pace and felt totally safe throughout. Highly recommend!

The best way to see Chania - This was my husband's first Segway tour and it got him absolutely hooked. Betty was a knowledgeable and friendly guide, adding information to the audio guide and making recommendations for further visits.
Chania old town is beautiful and diverse, with lots of modern shops and restaurants on the main street but a lot of history to see with someone who knows where to look. The Segway tour is a great way to see it all.
Special thanks to Betty for waiting for us to return to collect something we left behind!

Fun Segway tour! - Betty was a great guide! We saw so much of the old city via Segway that would be difficult to do on foot during our limited time. The weather didn’t cooperate but Betty did a great job offering rain covers. The audio was difficult to hear at times due to the wind but I think we just had an unusually stormy day. Such a fun tour!

Execellent way to explore the city - This is a fantastic way to see the city. The view over the harbour was stunning. You get to explore small winding traditional streets as well as the main attractions. Our guide made sure all were comfortable and confident on the segwayd before we headed off.

Recommended 💯 - Chania, A beautiful place, where you can visit in several days, nice contrast between the Greek and the Italian, like the Venetian Port, very beautiful everywhere you look and walk, you can take very nice horse cart rides, ride in boat along the coast, and stroll through the beautiful streets full of color, curious little shops and restaurants for all tastes, we ate the most delicious pitas kebab in a restaurant in front of a beautiful fountain, and I would repeat this destination again, highly recommended.

Learn and hear nothing - This is a pre-recorded tour that we could not hear because you don’t stop for many of the sights, and you’re so busy trying not to hit things and people that you cannot focus on the recording most of the time, and you can barely hear it over all the street noise. Making things worse, our tour guide, while polite, was always on her phone and made clear she did not want to interact when we stopped. We learned nothing about the town and I am debating requesting a refund because it was a waste of time.
