The journey begins in Therisos, a quaint Cretan village located 16 km from Chania town. This village is steeped in history, particularly regarding the Cretan people’s quest for independence. The stunning Thériso Gorge, with its breathtaking views, can be admired from the road that runs alongside it for 6 km.

Next, the tour proceeds to Zourvas, nestled in Crete’s hinterland, 24 km from Chania. From here, a paved yet steep road leads to the edge of Lefka Ori.

The following destination is Meskla, a serene and traditional village in the Keritis Valley, known for its classic stone houses. A river meanders through the valley, with the White Mountains visible on the horizon. Meskla has a history of destruction during both the Venetian and Turkish periods.
