Wonderful Cretan experience - Our full day tour of Crete with Angie was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Angie is full of energy and a wealth of knowledge! We toured a local olive oil factory, visited a monastery and the town of Chania. Angie gave us a choice of options for where to have lunch and gave us the absolute best suggestion of eating beside Kournas Lake, which was breathtaking. Besides being an extremely knowledgeable person with tons of information to share regarding Cretan history, Angie has a real zest and love for her home, which was wonderful. She was super engaging with our 10 year old son who asks a lot of questions, and patient with us when we wanted to take photos, pick up souvenirs, etc. After our tour, she suggested we visit the old town of Rethymno the next day and messaged us book stores, restaurant, ice cream and pastry shop suggestions. On top of all that, she connected us to Andreas, a taxi driver, who was absolutely wonderful as well and we used him to take us to and drive us from Rethymno to our hotel the next day. Thank you, Angie!! You gave us an unforgettable experience!!!
