Accessibility Friendly!! :) - So happy we found this tour! I tore my ACL right before my trip and was worried about being able to enjoy vacation with crutches. Ingrid and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even arranging for a van to transport me down to the beach from the bus and back. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The bus driver, Ioannis, expertly navigated the mountains to the beach and back safely. On the way there, we stopped at a bee farm and got to taste local honey. We spent about 3 hours at Elafonissi beach, where you can rent sunbeds under umbrellas for 20 euro, 30 euro for handicapped section. There are plenty of small shacks for coffee, snacks, and beverages. Showers and changing rooms are free, restrooms cost 1 euro (free for handicapped). Restrooms in the mini markets at the parking area are free for everyone. On the way back, we stopped in Elos where we had about half an hour to eat at a local restaurant next to a bakery. Prices were a bit higher than in Chania and the food was ok, but we were hungry and the staff is friendly. At the end of the tour, we were dropped off very close to our hotel. Thank you, Ingrid and Ioannis! We had a great time :)

Highly Recommend - For value for money this was an amazing day out. The description of the tour on the website is what you get, so 4 hours on the most amazing beach I've ever visited. I overheard a tourist on the trip complaining to the lovely guide that we didn't have long enough on the beach but we had exactly the amount of time we booked for. Everything was also very punctual and well organised. The 30 minute stop on the way there wasn't expected, however I'm never going to be disappointed with a chance for more coffee in the morning! The stop did also have lovely views. I highly recommend this tour. This beach is an absolute must-see and you're guaranteed friendly tour guides, a comfortable journey, and some interesting facts about the island of Crete along the way.

Beautiful beach if you can stand the whole excursion. - My honest account of the trip: Firstly, the beach is stunning. It is very busy, even in the shoulder season and there is pink sand. You need to understand there is a sizeable walk down and back up from the beach. Not a problem for most people but it should be noted. The pick up was on time at our location but, by far, the worst part of the tour was the pick up/drop off. We were in the bus for 1 hour and 20 minutes with no idea what was happening before they collected the last passengers and we were able to start driving to the beach. That was way too long. On the way back, they did the drop offs in the reverse order i.e. if you were picked up last, you were dropped off first. A good deal for those people but if you were first, it is way too long. Feedback for tour operators - do the drop offs in the same order meaning you drop off the first pick ups first and the last pick ups in the morning, last. I know you will reply with a standard response but trust me, we were not happy at all with this experience. The other stops were unnecessary. That said, it was over 2 hours on the bus for some by the first stop so it was good to queue up for the toilet at that point. The mountain stop on the way back is 100% unnecessary in my opinion. I would have rather just gone straight back. The driver was very good and the guide eventually (after a long radio silence while we painstakingly picked everyone up) was informative and it was good commentary. Would I do the trip again? No. Would I drive myself instead? Possibly although the roads are very small and passing other traffic can be super tricky so consider that if you drive there.

Elafonissi beach - The tour guide and beach visit was nice, we also met some other travelers who were enjoying the same. The travels stopped at a “honey store” vs caves as advertised which was disappointing.

Beautiful beach not enough time there - Wished there would be more time at the beach. The stop in the village is not necessary. We would of rather stayed longer on the beach.

Average beach - Average beach with not very good sand. The guide was ok with a lot of information and you stop in a place where you can taste local honey but I wouldn't recommend the tour because the main attraction which is the beach is just an average beach. I would even say bad as the access to the beach is justa dirty road and is not a pink sandy beach.
