Great walking tour of Charleston’s old city - Al really knows Charleston and is an entertaining, informative, and hospitable guide. We especially enjoyed his depth of knowledge about the amazing architecture in the French Quarter. And he gave us well more time than our tour was scheduled for—so wear your best walking shoes!

Hard to have a tour when the guide doesn't show - The guide did not show up. Call and SMS to the tour operator went unanswered. Five people missed their tour.

Very poor tour guide - 10/23/25 2:30pm tour. The tour guide was terrible. Talked too fast, often talked with his back to us, he rambled on too much with trivial history stories, lots of inside jokes that he thought we'd know the punch line for. I'd say the tour was 20% informative and interesting and the rest was a waste of time.

Pathetic Tour and Guide - Your guy didn’t show up, so we called/ voice mail. Guide then called and said he would arrive in 5 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes late, a wreck and red eyes. Didn’t apology and said he was late because of all the people in city. He walked around focusing on wrought iron, making really dumb jokes, but no one laughed. Hard to receive good history with a person who could not read his audience. I want my money back. Bad image for your company.
