Highly recommend! - It was an incredible experience that we would never forget! We still talk about the unreal time we spent with this nothing but professional crew to this day years later. I cannot recommend this experience more to anybody else that is looking for a better time. We wouldn’t go to any other paranormal team and will definitely be returning next time we are in the area again!

Spirits Galore in Charleston/Maryville South Carolina - What a great experience! Kris and Julie were the perfect guides/hosts through the adventure. They had tons of paranormal detecting equipment and the Maryville Cottage site was full of spirits waiting to talk to us! I would definitely recommend this to other paranormal/ghost seekers and anyone visiting historic Charleston!

A Hauntingly Memorable Experience - This is a wonderful and truly unique experience that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed! The provided equipment is top notch and the owner/guide Erin continuously reinvests the funds in order to procure even more high end recording/measuring equipment. This is a list of only some of the equipment we got to use that night (not all inclusive)(also yes YOU get to use, operate and carry the equipment!): SLS device, numerous night vision cameras (hand-held and setup in several rooms for recording), a far newer and improved version of the former Ovilus utilizing displayed words and alphabet, numerous motion triggered objects, digital tape recorders for EVP, and other connected cameras to record the entire event (she has a FLIR camera coming soon). For this particular evening we were fortunate in that it was just my wife, myself, and our excellent guide and paranormal investigator Erin. This was our preference as we wanted ample time to explore independently with minimal distraction and possible false reads from other members of the party to detract from the experience. Erin went far above and beyond in the service she provided us and she immediately felt more like an old friend than a hired guide. This made the experience particularly enjoyable for my wife and myself. We started the night by meeting with our guide at a local bar/cantina for a quick drink and an overview of the history of the Maryville Plantation. After that we were off to a residence that sits on what used to be the former estate but continues to maintain the most unusual activity. I am generally highly skeptical by nature but I can humbly admit I saw some activity that I cannot explain through the scientific method. Now you may wonder about the price of this tour? It is completely worth it for what you are getting! Not only did Erin extend our time by a considerable margin (which was incredibly kind of her and she also bought us a drink :) ) but she provides the footage to her business partner and fellow paranormal investigator Chris who then goes through all the footage and provides you with the evidence you may have captured that night (for us that was over 12 hours of video footage that he combs through. This does not account for the time he spends listening to the digital voice recordings!) My recommendation, if you want to capture good evidence, be polite to the possible entities that inhabit that location. As soon as I became mildly facetious in my tone it was as if they knew it and immediately stopped. Once I apologized the phenomena started again within a few seconds. Overall this was an A++++ experience that we would love to do again, especially closer to Halloween if we could! Thank you for everything Erin! -Will and Lindsay

If you’re a ghost fan, this is for you! - We had an excellent time with this awesome team. Spent the evening hunting the paranormal with awesome equipment and great investigators. Really loved getting all of the evidence that was recorded that evening. I highly recommend this this awesome experience!

Waste of time and money - Met up at a bar so the guides could have a beer. Went to the house. Got to use some cool equipment but absolutely nothing happened in over three hours. Was never a skeptic until that night. Total rip-off.
