Incredible tour, with an even better guide, Amy! - We had an incredible tour with our amazing guide, Amy T! She provided us with incredible insights into Charleston’s rich history, and do so in an engaging and informative way!
I thoroughly recommend this walking tour, and genuinely learnt so much from it!

Excellent tour - architecture,history,and more! - Excellent tour of Charleston's architecture and history. Our tour guide Al covered the architecture, history, native fauna, and where to go get lunch! He had a great sense of humor! Highly recommend.

Fabulous historical tour of Charleston with wonderful guide Al - Al was an outstanding tour guide. Despite the fact we had a small group of 4 and torrential rain for the entire 2 hours, he took on the task with great enthusiasm. He made sure to go into great detail about the history of Charleston and South Carolina. He answered all of our questions with passion and in-depth knowledge. Would definitely recommend Al to anyone looking for a great historical tour.

Great tour—Dennis was the best guide! - Dennis was a fantastic tour guide! Very knowledgeable and made the entire tour engaging and interesting. Way better then wandering around and figuring it out ourselves. Stick with the morning tour if you come during the summer months (to avoid the worst of the heat) and bring a water bottle!

Excellent historical tour of Charleston - Fantastic tour guide. Really interesting insight into Charleston and historical figures not necessarily covered by traditional history. Easy walking pace; multiple stops. Left with a much richer knowledge of Charleston history.

Phenomenal Tour, Phenomenal Tour Guide - When I first learned Duggar was a former History teacher, I knew the information presented would be articulated clearly. My expectations were greatly exceeded!
The tour not only provided the history of Charleston both of the areas we walked through and those of the surrounding areas.
He also interestingly enough explained the architecture of some of the buildings/homes we passed by.
If you are looking for a walking tour that will give you the history of Charleston presented by someone very knowledgeable and relatable - I highly recommend and encourage you to take this tour and if you can with Duggar.
