Great for history lovers - Really great if you love history and our tour guide was ver passionate about Charleston and its history as he was a rare native of the area. We did sit in a next to a kids park for at least 15 min and were given a little bit of a history lesson of things you wouldn’t learn from grade school history classes which was neat. However I wish we had kept walking during “story time” or at least stopped in a more picturesque spot like by the water or Pineapple Fountain which we didn’t walk by at all. I like walking tours because I love to walk around and see the vibe of the city so I just didn’t love that we were just sitting in a “history lesson” for a chunk of time.

Charleston Walking Tour - It was a nice walking tour, but could have been more extensive. It focused more on one small area of downtown Charleston and a lot of alley ways. Could have done away with sitting in a park for 15-20 minutes as this technically was a walking tour of the city. The guide was very knowledgeable of the history of Charleston. which was much appreciated.
