Hire a private tour! - We were in Charlottetown for one day on a Princess Cruise. There were private drivers with minivans available in port at around $50US per hour. We did a private tour, skipped the crowds and big busses and saw lot of the city and countryside. Our driver, Alan, was a local, personable, and so very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Poor communication - I hope you all have better luck; I was never able to determine start time despite inquiring several times. I gave them our ship arrival time but then while at se and loss of internet connection, I didn’t receive their reply that they cancelled my reservation citing that we could not have made the 9 am departure . We could have. This was the second Viator failure of our trip
