• Gate 11 Distillery - Gate 11 Distillery is a boutique craft operation situated on two distinct floors next to the cocktail bars and bottle shop. On the ground floor, visitors will discover Gate 11’s extensive selection of award-winning spirits and observe the bottling process, mash cooker, fermenter, and the lower sections of the pot and column stills.

On the upper floor, guests will view the upper sections of the pot and column still systems along with three smaller botanical extraction stills. Here, they will also gain insight into the history of some unique spirits produced and the product development process.

Following the distillery tour, guests will be escorted to the tasting room where they can select four of the award-winning spirits to sample. Choices include vodka, gin, white rum, overproof rum, absinthe blanche, agave blanco, agave reposado, agave añejo, single malt whiskey, bourbon, and rye.
