Smoot, comfortable helicopter ride - Best Viator excursion in Chattanooga. No traffic & beautiful scenery. Pilot explained a lot of the sights below - like Payton Manning high school, a Voltswagon electric car factory, Covenant College, etc. Really could do it again & see more.

Awesome must do! - Awesome trip. The cost is well worth seeing the area from above (and not from an airplane buzzing over at 200mph to airport in an airliner). Lived in her 30 years and have not actually realized area from this perspective. Buzzing the bluffs 200ft away and seeing things I’ve never noticed. Pilot (Caymen?) was outstanding. Felt like I’d known him for years… Very friendly, personable, and somewhat knowledgeable about the area and homes he talked about. Being from area I knew more of the story but enjoyed hearing his perspective. You gotta do this trip…or one of them….. You won’t be disappointed!!

Memorable - Did this experience for my husband’s 40th birthday which was the best choice I could’ve made. My hubby absolutely enjoyed every moment. Cayman was our pilot, he was knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait till next time!!!

No show. - We showed up for our 230 pm ride, and we’re told helicopter was in maintenance and would have to come back in the morning. Went back this morning and again a no show. No phone call, or text or email to let us know. We would just show up and no one was there. Very frustrating. I need a refund.

Please don't waste your money- find a different company! - I really wanted to leave a better review, especially considering what it cost but unfortunately that's just not feasible. I originally booked this trip for a monday (the day of my husband's birthday). It was $600 for a 30 min ride. A few days later I get a phone call from the pilot explaining that there was a mistake on the website and that they don't actually do rides on mondays and that we would have to reschedule. We were able to get it rescheduled for the day before. The pilot offered me $100 off but only if he issued me a full refund (it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back) and I then paid again ($500) this time. I said no..why he coudn't just refund me $100 I will never understand. I was understanding about the booking issue the website had so he told me to be there at 7pm Sunday. my husband and I arrive to check in around 6:45. We checked in and waited for about 15 mins. At this point we see another couple walk in and the pilot takes them back and talks to them for about 10 mins. I text the phone number that has been corresponding with me regarding the flight and she assures me that the pilot will be right out to begin our trip. A few minutes later (it's now almost 7:30) we see the couple walking outside with the pilot and boarding the helicopter. I text the customer service again saying we are very confused as to why we have been sitting for 30 minutes and are now 30 minutes later for our "sunset" tour. The customer service told me that the couple that had the slot ahead of us were very later and therefore it pushed our flight back. I was so upset, you're telling me we have to pay the price and miss the sunset and give our slot away because they were late??? why couldn't they be made to wait and go later?? I texted back how upset and disappointed we were and got no response. When the pilot returned close to 8pm we were both visibly upset and he basically just said "you guys don't have to go if you don't want to". My husband was so pissed off and we both had lost the fun exciting birthday feeling. After a minute of awkward back and forth we decided to just do it since we were already there and it was paid for (plus we had been waiting over an hour). The flight itself was fun but medicore and not worth the cost at all. I wouldn't do this again with this company in a million years. They then charged up $40 for our photo at the end...the LEAST they could have done was throw it in. To be honest it was very embarrassing because I had hyped up this experience to my husband to celebrate his birthay and then we were majorly let down. I wouldn't recommend this company or pilot to anyone and if you do decide you want to do a helicopter tour of Chattanooga- look elsewhere.
