Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3438m/11280ft) 5-6 hours
Irish Pub - The trek continues through a subtropical forest rich with rhododendrons and birch vegetation. After crossing a tributary of the Dudh Koshi River, the path ascends to Namche Bazaar. Along the way, there are distant views of Mount Everest and the Lhotse range. The night will be spent in Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar to Everest View Point Hotel (4000m/13000 ft) 5-6 hours
Tengboche Gompa - The day is set for a hike to the Everest View Hotel, offering breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Kongde, Thamserku, Lhotse, Nuptse, and other majestic peaks. This acclimatization day includes a visit to Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa village. Ascending approximately 300 meters to Khumjung, the journey provides awe-inspiring panoramas of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Kongde, Thamserku, and more. Along the way, there are opportunities to immerse in local culture by visiting monasteries and schools.
Tengboche to Namche Bazaar 3 hours
Irish Pub - An early morning start allows for the enjoyment of magnificent mountain views. After a delightful breakfast amidst the mountains, the trek back follows the same trail. The descent through the dense rhododendron forest includes stops at several tea houses for rest and tea. Arrival in Namche Bazaar is expected before evening, where the guide will lead an exploration of this ancient Sherpa marketplace.
Namche Bazaar - Lukla (2860m/9186 ft) 6-7 hours
Everest Beauty Salon - After an early breakfast, the descent to the Dudh Koshi River begins, crossing several tributaries. Along the way, there are views of many Sherpa settlements and encounters with other tourists, locals, and domestic animals. Arrival in Lukla is expected by evening for an overnight stay.

Kathmandu Durbar Square - An early morning flight to Kathmandu is followed by a drive to the hotel. There is an option to relax or explore the city with a variety of activities. In the evening, a farewell dinner is hosted by the Trek Around Himalayas team.
