Great views and great food - Ibrahim was amazing, the view was great and very relaxed atmosphere. We learned a lot about cooking and also Moroccan culture and cuisine. Even with our cooking mistakes Ibrahim was able to help us prepare a delicious dinner with a view. Many guests would wander up to where the cooking class was going on to see what the good smell was.

A Delightful Afternoon of Cooking with a View - We really enjoyed our private cooking class in Chefchaouen on April 28th. While not every detail was perfect, it was still a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, and we’d absolutely encourage others to try it. The chef was welcoming and clearly passionate about sharing Moroccan cuisine. The vista from the class was exceptional — overlooking the town and the surrounding countryside, which added a special atmosphere to the whole experience. By default, wine isn’t included, but the chef kindly arranged for a bottle to be delivered. If that’s something you’d enjoy, we’d recommend bringing your own. We understand he’s a young entrepreneur just starting this culinary venture, so we shared some constructive feedback. That said, we had a great time and left with recipes, techniques, and memories we look forward to bringing back to our kitchen in Washington, DC.

Rain didn't dampen our experience! We didn't get to enjoy the views but the experience was still breathtaking! - So much food! Ibrahim was a very patient chef their were 6 of us our class and he gently guided us through 2 main courses, 3 salads and a dessert. He had a wonderful sense of humor and kept our time together fun. It was Ramadan while we were in Chefchaouen and he was gracious enough to be sure our meals were served before they broke their fast. A truly gracious host and an amazing experience!

Wonderful Cooking Experience in Chefchaouen - My friends and I spent 4 blissful hours at this unique cooking experience in Chefchaouen. The setting was magical on a balcony overlooking the blue city. Ingredients were fresh and well presented. Abel and Ibrahim were excellent hosts. Many thanks to Abel for collecting us from our hotel and guiding us to the location. And to Ibrahim for sharing your passion for your local cuisine and patiently instructed us to create the best meal I had during my trip! Outstanding! I highly recommend!

Do not miss this opportunity. - This was such an amazing good time. First, our hosts Ibrahim and his colleague were wonderful. The high balcony with fantastic views was just the beginning. They guided us though the preparation process and we were able to experience so many recipes. This was further enhanced as the sunset gave a warm glow. We sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labor with twinkling lights of the city. Just Magical.

Gave us a real experience of local life beyond just seeing. - It’s not possible to get a full Chefchaouen experience without an afternoon of open rooftop cooking with Ibrahim and Abdel looking over the Rif mountains and Blue City. Their passion for food comes through their patience, guidance and local knowledge. The afternoon was blissful and the food the best I have had in Morocco. Thankyou gentlemen for providing such an experience.
