Comfortable private transfer - Driver arrived right on time for our 5 1/2 hour drive to Casablanca. Car was super comfortable, and he made a restroom stop at a very clean and convenient location along the way. He drove very safely. I received email and WhatsApp communications ahead of time from the tour operator and our driver, which gave me confidence they would show up on the day 🙂. A very good value for what we paid; I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Great service - Casablanca Tours agency had a perfect service . We were picked Up from our hotel in the city of chefchaouen to go to Casablanca. Car was New and clean

Wasn’t so great - We were asked to confirm the pickup address several times and then when picked up they didn’t have the drop-off address. It doesn’t seem well organized. The driver didn’t speak English well and wouldn’t stop when I asked if we could do a quick coffee stop. I thought stopping when you want is the benefit of a private ride!
