• Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport - Today, the guide will meet travelers at Chengdu airport between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm, then transfer them to the Chengdu Panda Base, which is a 40-minute drive covering 36 km.
• Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - The first stop is Chengdu’s Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, home to over 80 of China’s beloved pandas. While most are the classic black and white pandas, the Base also houses several smaller, lesser-known red pandas.

Visitors will observe the pandas eating and playing in a habitat that closely resembles their natural environment. They will also learn about the efforts of scientists and ecologists to protect the remaining wild pandas and increase the captive population. Notably, over 100 pandas have been born at the Base since 1987.

The Base gained even more significance after the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, when eight pandas were relocated here from the severely damaged Wolong reserve. Visiting the Base supports the ongoing conservation efforts both morally and financially.

• Chengdu Renmin Park - Next, the tour proceeds to People’s Park (Renmin Park), an ideal spot to experience the leisurely lifestyle of the locals.
