Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport - Upon your flight’s arrival or train’s arrival, our local driver will be waiting for you with a welcome sign displaying your name to transfer you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.

Chengdu–Giant Panda Base, Jinsha Site Museum, People’s Park. Overnight in Chengdu.

Tianfu Square - In the morning, our guide will meet you at 9:00 am to transfer you to the Panda Base, which is a 30-minute drive, approximately 15 km away.

Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - Why do we schedule your visit to see the pandas in the morning, even early morning? This is because every morning around 8:30 to 9:00, the breeders begin feeding the pandas. At this time, all the pandas come out for breakfast, providing an excellent opportunity for you to see more pandas, take pictures, and observe their unique bamboo-eating habits. You will surely be impressed. Whether or not you were a panda enthusiast before, you will fall in love with them now. The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding houses many pandas, divided into different areas, so you may need two hours or more to complete your visit.

Jinsha Site Museum - Afterwards, we will proceed to the Jinsha Site Museum. This archaeological site museum is built on the original ruins and is a site of cultural relics from the ancient Shu Kingdom during the Shang and Zhou periods (17th century BC - 256 BC). The museum’s most precious finds include the “Sun Bird,” a round gold decoration with a sun at its center and four flying birds around it, and the “Gold Mask.”

Chengdu Renmin Park - After lunch, we will visit People’s Park (Renmin Park), an excellent place to experience the locals’ leisurely lifestyle. Many people gather here for fun, and you will see various activities happening simultaneously, such as Taichi, group dancing, singing, playing Mahjong, painting calligraphy with large brushes and water, and relaxing in a peaceful teahouse by the lake. There is even a corner where middle-aged parents search for marriage partners for their children by displaying detailed information. It is fascinating and a part of modern Chinese culture.

Chengdu–Jinli Street, Wuhou Temple, Airport Transfer & Farewell. Tour Ends.

Tianfu Square - Today is a half-day tour. Our guide will meet you at 9:00 am in your hotel lobby or at any time you prefer, depending on your flight/train departure time.

Jinli Pedestrian Street - First, we will take you to Jinli Street, a traditional Chinese pedestrian street filled with beautiful shops, restaurants, teahouses, and bars. Strolling along this street is a fantastic way to experience the city’s cultural side, with plenty to see, people shouting and enjoying various foods, and watching Chinese mask art shows, all part of the fun.

Wuhou Memorial Temple - Next, you will visit the nearby Wuhou Temple, dedicated to Zhuge Liang, the Marquis Wu (Wuhou) of the Kingdom of Shu during the Three Kingdoms Period (220 - 280). This beautiful temple, with its traditional architecture, stunning gardens, amazing bonsai collections, and numerous historic art pieces, offers insight into the history of the Three Kingdoms Period.

Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport - After lunch, your guide will accompany you to Chengdu airport/train station with a comfortable transfer. Your memorable three-day trip concludes here.
