You will then be taken to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda, also known as Panda Base, which houses nearly 50 giant pandas and red pandas. The habitat is beautifully designed with lush bamboo trunks. You will witness the pandas’ feeding time around 9:30 am, as they are most active then. You will see adorable giant pandas of all ages eating and playing together. Additionally, you can watch a 20-minute video in a small theater to learn about giant panda research and breeding.
