Location - Mylapore: The Greek Geographer Ptolemy (A.D. 90-168) mentioned Mylapore in his writings. Saint Thiruvalluvar, who composed 2000 couplets of the Thirukkural, is believed to have lived here 2000 years ago.
Temple: Constructed approximately 300 years ago.
The Spiritual Master will guide visitors to this temple to explore the Saivite tradition (a branch of Hinduism) of worship.
- Amethyst - The Spiritual Master will instruct in Sarva Roopa Meditation (meaning ‘all forms meditation’) at the coffee shop. The garden setting, with birds singing, creates an ideal environment for learning through sensory mindfulness: observing the garden, listening to the birds, inhaling the fragrance of flowers or plants, and savoring a soft beverage.

The Spiritual Master will accompany visitors to the Vivekananda Cultural Centre, assisting them in practicing meditation learned and viewing spiritual videos at the center.
This cultural center is located on the beach road overlooking the world’s second-longest beach, Marina. Vivekananda was a renowned spiritual leader in India.
