Akha cooking class - Absolutely fabulous! Very organized. Very clean. Can adjust spice levels and ingredients to your liking while still experiencing the Thai dish. Wonderful teacher is Jasmine. Loved the market and samples. Very enjoyable day! Good was amazing! Favorites were
Papaya salad, spring rolls, pumpkin soup, baby soup and mango sticky rice!

10/10 Akha fun experience - I got picked up at my hotel and taken to the beautiful location for the evening class. Immediately Aon and Emily were so kind and funny and put me at ease.
They explained all the steps to cook a LOOOOOT of amazing Akha recipes and walked me through step by step. Honesty I cannot recommend this class enough cause the food was delicious, I learned a lot about traditional cuisine and Aon made the experience unforgettable with her fun personality.
I was also very luck about the group of people I shared this experience with, they were all so lovely!

Best night in Thailand - Most enjoyable evening in Thailand that we had…. Aon and Emily were very accommodating and had so much energy and information. Kept us laughing most of the night while learning so much about Thai/Ahka cooking. Highly recommend

Best cooking class ever - By far the best cooking class ever. Aon was the great teacher. She was funny, engaging and the food was amazing. If you choose another cooking class, good luck but you are making a mistake. This was the best!

Easily one of the best cooking classes I’ve taken. Ever! - We came across this cooking class when looking at YouTube videos for things to do while in Chiang Mai. Of all the cooking classes that we researched, this one seemed to be the best
Niti and her team were absolutely incredible. We were picked up right in front of our hotel and whisked away to the venue. We made our way to one of the fresh markets nearby, where we sampled ingredients and picked up what was needed to do the meals that we were preparing.
The entire experience was stellar. I think I’m a little bit biased because our group was a little bit small. There were only five of us in this particular class which made for a nice intimate experience. We ate great food, learned Thai cooking technique and came away with a nice comfortably full belly.
I would highly recommend this experience for anybody looking to learn how to cook Thai food.

Highly recommend - holiday highlight - We absolutely loved Niti and the rest of the team and had the best day at the cooking class and the trip to the market. This was our favourite part of our trip and highly recommend for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. My girlfriend is a good cook and I am not so good but for both of us it was an amazing experience and super tasty.
