Chicoasén Dam - Participants will be transported from the meeting point in Tuxtla Gutierrez to the boarding location, which is about an hour’s drive away. The meeting time is set for 5:45 am.
The adventure begins with kayaking near the Chicoasén Dam. Participants will paddle approximately 7 km to reach the picturesque Christmas Tree waterfall….
- Chicoasén Dam - Participants will be transported from the meeting point in Tuxtla Gutierrez to the boarding location, which is about an hour’s drive away. The meeting time is set for 5:45 am.
The adventure begins with kayaking near the Chicoasén Dam. Participants will paddle approximately 7 km to reach the picturesque Christmas Tree waterfall. Here, there will be a chance to capture memorable moments with a GoPro, provided at no extra cost as part of the experience. Afterward, participants will paddle 7 km back to the starting point. The equipment will be loaded into the van and returned to the original pick-up location.
The kayaks used are comfortable, cross-country models equipped with rudders, making steering easier and allowing participants to fully enjoy the paddling and the beautiful scenery.
Transfers are conducted in a Pick Up 2025 van to ensure comfort throughout the journey. This is a shared experience, so other participants may join in the vehicle and the adventure. Group sizes typically range from 6 to 8 people.
