On Michigan & Wacker Drive, at the northeast corner of the intersection. Upon arrival, please take the stairs down to Chicago's Riverwalk and visit the box office (right after/bottom of the stairs) for guidance to your cruise boarding dock. A departure board is available for your reference.

Amazing way to wind down after a whole day of exploring the city of Chicago. - It was beautiful! Bring warm clothes, especially now. This is the windy city so there’s that. Fireworks display was pretty cool.

Great way to see the... - Great way to see the fireworks! Bring a sweatshirt. The staff was pleasant and professional. Olivia was hilarious. Bring cash if you want to tip them at the end of the excursion.

Great tour with awesome firework watching towards the lake - The cover picture is unfortunately quite misleading! The view of the fireworks is towards the lake. Not like shown with the Skyline in the background, but also quite nice. Nevertheless, almost all visitors expected to see the fireworks in the direction of the skyline. The disappointment was written all over everyone's face. The boat trip itself was a great experience. Also the 3D glasses made it special. Not everyone got a seat on the upper deck. First come - first serve. As an possible alternative i maybe watch the firework from the Navy Pier next time. What is also a great location for at least the same view without paying this amount of money. Nevertheless, there was a great atmosphere on the boat and people still enjoyed the trip and the beautiful fireworks. The guys from the crew did a very good Job aswell

It is a an enjoyable... - It is a an enjoyable experience, informative too, lights at night are awesome and the fireworks didn’t disappoint either although the way back is long at the loch

Just ok - On several occasions you will just be sitting for long periods of time for know apparent reason. The actual trip maybe 20 mins fireworks maybe 15 mins the rest you’re just there doing nothing. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Fireworks was beautiful no need for 3D glasses they just made fireworks look blurry.
