This is a tour not to miss! - Joseph was great! Even though I was the only one he was giving a tour to, he gave his all, which I appreciated. I really enjoyed hearing the history of the architecture, seeing the beautiful exteriors and interiors, and hearing the true crime stories. I will be looking up more on the last serial killer. I recommend Joseph for his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. Everyone would enjoy this tour.

David was the best! - We needed something to do for a couple hours until we had to head to the airport. We looked into one of the boat architecture tours, but sadly, they were all booked. This ended up being an amazing thing, because we REALLY enjoyed our tour and time with David. David is clearly passionate about the information he presents and it was lovely spending time with him. The buildings we viewed were beautiful and it was great to place factual information into how things came to be. I would recommend to anyone and the true crime information was a really fun addition to the tour!

David served a wonderful mix of crime and architecture - Along with an educated delivery backed by passion for the subject matter, David was extremely welcoming, approachable and easy to hear (even on State St). As a local born and raised Chicagoan, I have really enjoyed these local walking tours over the last several months. I can't believe how much is out there that I still haven't even heard of. I would highly recommend David. My only regret is that I wish the tour went for at least another hour. Thank you again, David!

A Little Something for Everyone - This tour is as the perfect mix of architecture, history, true crime, and pop culture for us—a little something for everyone. We loved that most of the stops were indoors so we could hear our guide well and dip out of the blustery cold for a bit each time.
