Car service from O’Hare airport - Car service was prompt and safe. I received a text shortly after landing and driver got to pickup point within 5 min of me walking out of baggage claim.

Saved the Day After Missed Connecting Flight - We missed our connecting flight from Chicago O'Hare to Peoria because our incoming international flight was 3+ hours late. The next available connecting flight was in 2 days. Because we went through Customs, we had our luggage. I called Echo Limousine, and they had a driver there within a half hour. The driver was professional and a very safe driver even though we were in heavy rain. The vehicle was very comfortable. It is a 3 hour drive and we got home safely and within 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company.

Echo Is The Way To Go! - We booked a transfer from O'Hare to Omni Chicago. It was a great experience! The vehicle was clean and the driver was friendly. The driver was at the airport by the time our plane landed. He texted us and advised us where to meet him. The whole process was smooth. We booked again for our return to the airport. That driver was also great and he gave us updates as to his arrival time as he was traveling to pick us up at our hotel. We will definitely book with Echo when we return to Chicago!

Phenomenal service - Phenomenal company. We had to change our reservation multiple times, and the Echo staff couldn’t have been more pleasant or efficient. THEN, when we finally at our local airport ready to fly to ORD, our flight had multiple delays, but Echo was on top of it. We arrived at ORD with the car waiting for us, and a pleasant , safe driver. We can hardly believe that a car service can be this good across the board.

Little disappointing - Our flight was early but our driver was late to pickup. The company claims to monitor flight info but if true, the driver should have been there early as well. The driver arrived about 10 minutes after our scheduled arrival time. With the flight landing early, we waited about 15 minutes outside for the car. Also, the booking promised bottles of water and none was offered. The driver was friendly and drove well, avoiding lots of congestion with some interesting maneuvers. Felt safe whole time though.
