On Michigan & Wacker Dr., at the northeast corner of the intersection. Upon arrival, please take the stairs down to Chicago's Riverwalk and visit the box office (right after/bottom of the stairs) for guidance to your cruise boarding dock. A departure board is available for your reference.

It doesn’t need to be October to be creepy. - The crew was polite and helpful. The guide, Andy was funny and delightfully entertaining. It has always been the Sears Tower.

Top knotch - Andy was an excellent guide! We opted for the Creepy Cruise with the evening light on the water. Incredible stories and gorgeous views of the city! A must do in Chicago!

Mysterious Chicago - We enjoyed our cruise with Hailey listening to creepy local stories and events as we cruised the Chicago River. Even as a lifelong Chicagoan, I learned some new tales. Perfect for couples and families with teens. I think younger kids would be bored.

Creep Factor + Chicago Lights at Night = AWESOME - The views of the Chicago skyline and building were amazing. I've done the architectural tour during the day, and this was even better. Something about Chicago and the lights at night are magical. The creep factor of the tour was also a plus. Fun facts, some seemed random, but all in all - a great experience! We took our 12-year-old son and he was entertained the whole time.

My family and really... - My family and really enjoyed the set up and stories throughout the cruise. Getting others to shut up to hear the stories is the only issue for me

River views and a few fun stories! - We had a great time seeing the sites of the river and Chicago at night. Some fun stories, and pleasant staff. Perfect weather to be on the river too!

I have been on several... - I have been on several boat tours on the Chicago River. This one is just ok. There were more legends told than facts. Random screaming was encouraged for no particular reason. I found this to be strange. Some parents may find it inappropriate for small children if they do not want them to hear ghost stories about murders. It was not what I expected or hoped for. I wanted more factual information. Thus might be fun to do closer to Halloween.

Was singled out before... - Was singled out before even getting on boat. Staff called security claiming we didn’t have tickets when we did. Was very rude and disrespectful until another team member told them he checked my phone and saw my ticket. When asked if there was a bathroom I was told to use the Porta potty down the road before boarding.Worst experience ever!!
