Best Way to Kick Off Your Visit - I booked this for my first day in Chicago, and it was the best decision. It gave me a perfect overview of the city, which helped me plan the rest of my stay. The guide even gave personal recommendations for restaurants and museums.

From Tourist to Explorer in Just Hours - As a solo traveler, I wanted to see Chicago without feeling like a tourist. This tour made me feel like an insider. The guide’s local tips, photo stops, and personal stories gave the city a human face. A new favorite memory.

Best Way to See Chicago Fast! - If you’re short on time but want to see all of Chicago’s must-see spots, this tour nails it. We covered over 20 landmarks without any boring downtime. The guide was fun, knew the city inside out, and even helped us get great photos at each stop. It’s not one of those long, dragging tours — it’s fast, efficient, and exactly as promised: No Time Wasted. Perfect for first-time visitors who want a quick but unforgettable overview of Chicago. Highly recommended!

Wonderful City Tour with a Surprise Upgrade! - We had a fantastic time on our city tour! Even though our original start time had to be adjusted due to a fully booked schedule, Ilyas went above and beyond to make it right. He generously upgraded us to a private tour at no extra cost, which made the experience even more special. The tour itself was smooth, informative, and really enjoyable. We got to see so much of the city at our own pace, and Ilyas made sure everything ran perfectly. Highly recommend—great service and a truly memorable experience!

Chicago rocks! - We had a great time. Our tour guide was flexible, we appreciated the door to door service and saw many highlights of the city in such a short time. Our guide was also a great photographer.

Hot Spot Tour - This tour hit all the infamous spots we wanted to check out in Chicago. The private tour option was well worth it, making it a personal Uber with a guide.

Review Sunday 3 DE August - It was a "private" tour but since everything was closed and there was traffic we didn'NO go everywhere. He always asked me that where the guide wanted to go but as he knew NO thing, I just told him that wherever he could. I hired a service DE 4 @ 5 hrs if they were 2.5 it was a lot.

Wasted $200! Don't advertise and then not deliver! - All the reviews I read prior to booking this tour were very complimentary and it was rated with 5 stars. Therefore I am assuming that we just were the random couple who did not receive what was advertised. The lowest I could rate this was a #1, however is I could make it a -5, I would. I have never written a negative review and actually have made fun of people who did ~ thinking that they were just hard-to-please individuals. Yet our tour was such a disappointment that I cannot stay quiet! What was advertised (and what we observed in the speaking with the tour guide who left 1/2 hr. before our tour) was a small van with windows for viewing the sights and a guide with a microphone headset on. It was a driving tour with sightseeing stops of approximately 15 minutes. What we received was a 2.5hr. waling tour and 1hr in a Honda Civic. My husband has a brace on his leg and it's difficult & painful to walk on cement for long periods of time; therefore I specifically booked a tour where we could ride for the majority of the time and walk around each specific site! Another individual on our tour was recovering from ankle surgery and had booked the driving tour for the same reason. Our guide was very soft-spoken and had a thick accent which made it very difficult to hear and understand him with the traffic, car horns and city noise surrounding us as we walked. This potentially could have been mitigated if we had been inside a vehicle and he had a microphone, as did the aforementioned guide. Also, there was very little "tour guiding" ~ no history, background information, interesting stories, etc. Just statements about what building it was and when it was built. In addition, we did not cover all the sites you list in your itinerary. We did not see the Skydeck Chicago-Willis Tower; 360 Chicago Observation Deck; Wrigley Field; Lincoln Park Zoo; Clarence F. Buckingham Fountain; The Magnificent Mile; The Art Institute of Chicago; North Avenue Beach; The Chicago Theatre; Union Station; University of Chicago or the Jackson Park's Japanese Garden. Furthermore, the confirmation email received stated that water and snacks were provided. Thus, I stupidly didn't bring water bottles and I will take responsibility for that. The water finally showed up in the Honda after we had walked 2.5hr in the hot weather. I know...a first world problem; however don't promise what you don't deliver!

The tour was not with a... - The tour was not with a bus. They came in Uber cars which meant we would have had to split up for 5 people because the tour bus was already booked. We did not go on the tour. We did not get what Viator operator told us. Very disappointed.

Canceled, due to overbooking - Book early to ensure your slot. Apparently they fill up quickly. I would have rescheduled, but they wanted to charge me $50 more.
