We limit our groups to a maximum of 8 people per guide, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable adventure in the Second City that is unmatched.

Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the tour’s scheduled start time to check in and complete waivers. Helmets will be provided for all participants. The tour kicks off at the scheduled time with a training video and thorough one-on-one training with the guide. This training ensures that even the most apprehensive guests feel at ease throughout the tour.
