Felt like not enough attractions. Should include photos taken for free

One of the rooms with the laser writing was not working . Every room should be functional. Also I don’t know if it’s because it was so late in the day but the floor in one of the rooms was so dirty . All the garbage cans were also flooded with trash . A digital print would have been nice instead of here’s your digital code bye .

Overpriced for the size and exhibits. If you’ve been to meowwolf or otherworld this place is a big disappointment

This museum was overall disappointing compared to similar sensory museums. It’s one way exhibits didn’t build off one another and weren’t thematic. The form of the museum also discouraged returning to previous exhibits. you have to walk through all previous exhibits to return to your favorite. The exhibits were technically interesting and impressive, but overall I got bored of them quick with the exception of the music room. 30 minutes for $40 including tax was way too much for what the experience offered.

We did enjoy the experience, and we purchased one of the photos of our group at the end. However, when I got home and entered the download code to receive an online version of our photo, the download code did not work. I tried three times. I tried with caps and without caps. And there was no contact information on that page to try to solve the issue. I will try another way. I don't feel the price we paid for the one hard copy of the photo was logical.

It was fine but it was fairly dirty, and many of the exhibits seemed like they were made in a high school art class.

It was very costly for the few exhibits that are there to see

While my husband and child enjoyed it, my own experience was ruined when I got locked in the bathroom and had to yell and scream for help. Thankfully two ladies who did NOT work for the museum showed up and were able to get me help. When I was a child I was a victim of human trafficking and one of the things my own mother would do in between clients was lock me in a room about that size or smaller. So yeah, I said it was clausterphobia that caused my reactiong but it was more the ptsd of being a child victim that triggered me. But don't worry, they gave me a free bottle of water and a photo discount lol. I really wish they would just comp me on my ticket. You guys seriously need to get that bathroom door fixed because I was told by multiple employees that is not the first time that has happened. I'm not suing, but the next person might. Not coming back. The front desk lady didn't even bother to check on me, she just stared at me.

I gave WNDR Museum Chicago a one-star because it was honestly really disappointing. The space felt small, kind of dirty, and low-budget overall. It just didn’t feel creative or well put together. We had just come from Emotion Air Balloon Museum Chicago and expected something similar, but this was nowhere close. It felt like maybe 1/20 of that experience.Definitely not worth the money. I was disappointed, and my child was too—which is the worst part when you’re trying to do something fun and special. Just not what we expected at all.
