Get there an hour before... - Get there an hour before if you want a good seat. We showed up 45 min before and were probably 50 people back in line. Other than that, it was a fun, relaxing 2 hour experience. The best part was being out on Lake Michigan waiting for the sun to go down. Got some great pics of the Chicago skyline!

Sunset Views To Remember - I had an amazing experience on the Chicago Sunset Cruise! The views of the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking as the sun dipped below the horizon. Lucas was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip even more enjoyable with his engaging commentary. Highly recommend this cruise for a memorable evening in Chicago! And please remember don’t stand on the chairs and benches to get a better picture.

Amazing cruise. - This was an amazing experience. It was a great way to see the city. The crew on the boat were very attentive and fun. This is very relaxing and you get to see so much more than you just do it the city. I'm sure the day time cruises are also nice, but it was very special to see the sun set and the lights come on it the buildings and the pier on the shore. This cruise is well worth the price and was our favorite activity in Chicago. It was so much better than I thought it would be. Everyone on the boat seemed to be in a great mood and have a great time. I believe every single guest was very satisfied with this activity. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

The experience was... - The experience was exactly as described. I think, in retrospect, I'd have preferred the full architectural experience, but I knew going in that this wasn't that. So no fault there. The boat was clean, the staff was clearly capable, and Bobby is great to listen to.

Rainy Disaster - Unfortunately, it was raining during our tour time and we weren’t able to cancel it because we didn’t know it would rain until we were within the 24 hour time range. It was wet and not enough covered space for everyone on board. I could take pictures and hold my umbrella at the same time; I tried taking pictures without the umbrella, but it was too wet. It was overcast and I couldn’t see the city well; just the lights that blurred through the clouds. I couldn’t wait for it to be over and was upset that I had paid $180 for our family of four to experience this.

Disappointed. - Boat was crowded, big delays in boarding, took forever to get through the line to get water. Was ok once you get on the lake but I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Very weather dependent - Weather was terrible, which is out of their control, but they don’t seem to care. Definitely recommend checking the weather before the cancellation window, and if it’s anything other than perfect, cancel. With bad weather there’s really nothing to do except sit inside.

No all that great! - The boat was overpacked to many people standing in your way to enjoy the view the address was misleading I went to two other docks before I was directed to the right one.
