- Clients will receive a text with the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours before pick-up. Another text will be sent when the chauffeur arrives.
- Clients have 10 minutes of included waiting time for non-airport pick-ups and 60 minutes for airport pick-ups. After that, additional charges will apply. If we do not hear from you during the included waiting time, the chauffeur will leave, and you will be charged 100%. Proof of call/text/GPS logs will be provided.
- If clients need more time and inform us during the included waiting time, the chauffeur will wait as long as needed. However, extra waiting charges will apply and must be collected by the chauffeur.
- The luggage capacity for sedans is 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. SUVs can accommodate up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-on bags. Excessive luggage is NOT allowed in the seating area, so choose your vehicle type carefully. Oversized luggage (golf clubs, bikes, weapons, sports equipment, etc.) is restricted. Contact us before travel to adjust or upgrade your vehicle.
- CHILD SEATS are not provided by the local supplier. They are mandatory and are the responsibility of the parents or guardians.
- We reserve the right to cancel rides if any of the above requirements are not met.

Client must call dispatch when ready to be picked up and tell us the closest exit door to them. Vehicle will arrive 10-12 minutes after. It is important client to be there first so police do not make driver leave and circle.

Easy booking, professional and friendly drivers - The online booking is very convenient. (I would recommend using personal instead of work email because security filters can make the emails hard to receive.) The drivers were prompt and communication was good. I also did an hourly rental and we got stuck in terrible traffic. The driver was great and helped us get to our destination. I would definitely use this service again.

GREAT SERVICE!!! - *Long Post Ahead* First, I really appreciate our driver reaching out to me the day before our flight to introduce themselves & verify the flight details. I immediately felt comfortable & safe with them. Our flight ended up getting delayed 5 times and was over 4 hours late - the whole time our driver kept in contact with me, reassuring me they were aware of our flight issues and would be at the airport to pick us up regardless of when the flight finally landed.
Due to terrible weather our flight was a nightmare, and my daughter became motion sick. I let our driver know that we needed a little time in the airport after landing to get her feeling a little better. The entire time our driver was so kind & was so understanding about all the delays.
Our driver made sure the vehicle was ready for a child battling motion sickness and took the quickest, safest route to our hotel. The driver was AMAZING! So professional, polished, just a real asset to Chief Limo!!

Excellent and Easy - Mary was quick, communicated clearly, and drove me comfortably thru rush hour traffic to my hotel I really appreciated not having to be worried after a long flight. Excellent service.
