Willis Tower experience - Book through you all so they can skip the lines and shop in center while you wait. I do wish they would let you, go in earlier because the museum and the look outs take time. The schedule ledge time did not happen ontime because everyone was either bypass photo opportunities or crowded at the ledge. You only get 90 seconds on the ledge to take pictures so you have to be ready. Ears pop at floor 77 so chew gum on the way up and down to 103 floor. But we did eat afterwards. So yes all the food and places, something for everyone inside the tower was good. You need to plan that’s the only thing you doing for like 4 hours. If you don’t get there before your scheduled time you will be in a long line to scan tickets, go through security before entering museum. Give patience to go through museum and take pictures. Then have patience along to wait for your 90seconds. Great food, museum, and shops!

Great. - Beautiful, I did it in winter despite the cold the view was clear and breathtaking. 100 times better than the 360 observatory.

Skydeck - must do in Chicago. - The Skydeck at the Willis Tower is a must-see when in Chicago. Finding the exact location can be a bit tricky, as there isn't any signage immediately outside. However, once inside, the building is well-marked with clear directionsThere are plenty of photo props available before you reach the elevator; take your time and snap some pictures with all the Chicago attractions. The subway prop was particularly fun! Take the elevator to the 104th floor and enjoy a 360-degree view. You have 90 seconds to capture photos at the Skydeck. If you're not happy, feel free to re-enter the queue at any time for another chance. The entire experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Great Experience - Very easy to deal with. If issues, very good to address refund requests. Their ticketing system through the app is seamless.

It’s alright - This is a fun experience and great for pictures the only downside is that the staff rushes you to take pictures. You only have 90 seconds for your group to take pictures and they rush you.

for 1st time visitors, not worth to go second time - it was quite expensive, we booked the ticket at 1pm on a weekday, but it costs almost $40 per adult (I believe it's at least $40 including tax), but you may just stay less than 2 hours, so it's an expensive attraction comparatively. I would rather going to the Color factory which is cheaper, more fun, and have things for you to spend longer time, moreover the photos are included without extra payment. Talking about the Skydeck, luckily there was not much people at the time we visit, no lines for the elevator and the queue for the ledge is not long, we can line up again and again for 3 times to take pictures (as only 90 sec each time). It may be due to the foggy weather on that day, that's why not much people go there. The sunset period and night time will be more people. There are 5 ledge area and all facing West. For the photo package, it costs about $35 for a single one, but $45 for all digital download. It may be worthy if you have 2 families together, with different combination of photos. But you can take picture there with your own device, so there is no need to buy the photos if you think it's not worth. The museum is ok, but once you go up to the Skydeck, there is not much to see except the view.
