Beautiful - Curti quite is a well cultural tour full of history , for those who like it is a sensational tour , even with the warmth that it does in the region .
Chichén Itzá is one of the 7 wonders of the world.
Now the TSUKAN cenote is beautiful, has a very good instructor and a delicious lunch.
Even with the distance from Cancun super worth the visit and experience

Awesome experience made better by the guide - Picked up from hotel, air conditioned coach, on route to attraction given breakfast box, sandwich, a muffin and orange juice, our guide Fabio then introduced us to things about Mayan culture, history, numerical system, how they recorded everything, very knowledgeable and interesting, tour at Chechen Itza he provided a earpiece and receiver and gave a breakdown of what each building was, loads of information which made the tour a lot more memorable, loads of time for photos asked who wanted to have free time or go to southern buildings some split for free time but missed out on the observatory, nunnery and others my advice do the full tour, plenty of vendors inside one dollar or twenty pesos was the going rate , lots to get as souvenirs , gave us free time to wander and a time to be back at the bus, lots of rules for inside, no tripods selfie sticks, government charges for video cameras and go pro but using phone for pics and videos all ok, no tobacco or vapes, alcohol allowed inside don’t take or leave in coach , short drive 15 minutes to Cenote, gave us a quick walk round facility and left us to it, gave time to be back on coach, up to you how you spent your time there, changing rooms, lockers, must shower before going down to Cenote, over 100 steps down to Cenote but good steps not uneven or slippery but well worth going down, water such a refreshing break after walking around the tour, lunch is included buffet when you want it, very nice, with an hibiscus or lemonade juice, over all a very enjoyable day made better by Fabio looked after everyone, dishing out drinks, coke , sprite, beer on coach , a tour that was well worth the money and a great TUI experience you will not be disappointed

Amazing wonder of the world - - Early morning pick up to avoid the heat and queues meant that it was the perfect time to arrive at Chichèn Itzà.
Breakfast provided on the coach basic but more than adequate.
The guides were pleasant and humorous, and informative when providing background and history into Mayan culture.
Chichèn Itzà was awe-inspiring, and the Cenote Tsukàn was both magical and refreshing.
The excursion was finished off by dining at the Cenote restaurant before the journey back to the hotel.
Drinks provided throughout the day as part of the package.

Cenote was out of this world! - We booked this excursion through TUI, prompt pick up from the hotel, a very early start I must say as we were picked up at 05:20am this is to beat the morning crowds and basking sun at Chichen.
The tour included a light bite to eat on the way to Chichen, which did not do it for us it was a very basic sandwich and cake that was not very nice if I am honest.
Very knowledgeable guide, the experience included a guided tour with headset however the earpieces and equipment seemed very basic, me personally I could not hardly hear anything he was saying and there were no spare ear phones or receiver device.
We explored the ruins on our own once the guided tour element had finished, giving us an opportunity for photos and able to browse the stools selling bits and bobs. The market sellers were really pushy trying to sell you stuff even if you just happened to glance at them they pounced on you, a bit annoying but I know they’re just trying to make a living.
We then all met back at our coach at the agreed time and enjoyed cold soft drinks or coronas provided by the tour which was a nice touch. We then headed to the Cenote which was absolutely beautiful because our group was so prompt with timings we were the first tour to arrive at the Cenote receiving a traditional Mayan blessing before being able to go off and explore the Cenote and surrounding areas.
The day then concluded with lunch which was the only part that let this tour down I understand they’re mass catering for many groups but it was so basic, even the ‘lemonade’ included with lunch was literally lemon water & the waiters were so pushy for tips. Apart from that a great day out. However by this point it was 42° at the Cenote area so we were desperate to finish up and get in the Air conditioned bus & have the drinks provided by the tour guide Coca Cola, Sprite, Corona etc…
Overall an excellent experience one of the must dos when visiting this part of Mexico!

Disappointing cenote experience - Booked in Westin resorts and told by the staffs that it would take us to ik kil cenote...just
now I found out it was tsukan cenote, which is completely different from where I wanted to go. Disappointing cenote experience. Next time when you sell your product by the staffs in the hotels, do make sure that customers get what they want.
