Passionate knowledgeable and thoughtful tour guides - Absolutely amazing tour! Every detail was perfect and well planned. The tour guides passion for what they do was obvious and added so much excitement to the trip! I left with so much knowledge on Chichén Itzá and the surrounding area and lasting memories that we will never forget! Thank you Oscar, Freddie and victor for being amazing hosts!!

The excursion is amazing but the team that accompanies you is magnificent, thank you Noe, Amado and Alex !!! 🏆 - They are very punctual, the team always gives you a lot of information so that you are aware of all the places to go. Noe, Amado and Alex are the best hosts you can ask for, they are always attending to you and watching that you are okay. Without hesitation of food, they give you coffee in the morning, juice, fruit and / or bread to enjoy the road, during the afternoon you do not lack alcoholic drinks and sodas to enjoy the return of a good walk. Chichen Itza is magnificent, not in vain is one of the 7 wonders of the world, its imposing and mysticism catches you and you should only want to walk because the route is long but very satisfying. The lunch buffet is amazing as the food is regional and excellent tasting. The wonderful cenote as it allows you to relax; don’t worry but know how to swim you can have the privileged view on a terrace inside the cenote. Valladolid is simply beautiful, the city center retains the colonial air that characterizes a magical town.
This excursion is simply amazing, get ready to walk and enjoy the wonderful spaces and the best company of the staff that will always be watching you, from start to finish 🥰

Amazing day in Chichen itza, cenote and Valladolid - Very good excursion, transport arrived at the exact time you expected. The guide Victor very prepared, was explaining everything about what we were seeing. Wear a hat, umbrella and sunscreen because it is quite hot the place and comfortable shoes because you have to walk. Lunch buffet style in a family farm, very rich and very good service with show included, you can bring cash to give some tips to the artists and good to the team of the excursion that really make the day special. The stop at the amazing cenote, very nice place to take pictures of you, I did not bathe but if I took pictures in every corner and loved them. To finish a stop in the square of Valladolid where you can take pictures and eat a corn and a stuffed waffle that I recommend 100, very rich. It was an unforgettable experience.

One of the best experiences of my life - The service on the luxury bus was fantastic! Our four hosts (Charly, Ezequiel, The Professor, and Carlos) were absolutely outstanding. Carlos is an amazing tour guide and offered fun/informative entertainment on the bus. I wish I had brought more cash to give the guys a bigger tip at the end of the day. I felt they genuinely cared about everyone on the bus, and treated us more like family/lifelong friends, than customers. I will absolutely book another tour with them when I go back to Cancun with other family members in the future.

Lovely experience - Carlos was our tour guide and was amazing - such a gorgeous tour. I’d recommend taking the umbrellas they offer. As it is HOT and there is no shade.

Fantastic experience - We booked our Chichén Itzá excursion with Cancun Passion and opted for the Luxury Package – and it was absolutely worth it! The whole day was long (around 12 hours from start to finish), but 100% worth every moment.
The Luxury Package included a light breakfast on the coach, a more comfortable journey, priority access at stops, and drinks and refreshments throughout the day, which really made the experience feel smooth and stress-free.
Our main tour guide for the day was Beto, and he was brilliant from start to finish. His vast knowledge was shared in such an engaging and funny way – with the perfect sprinkling of jokes to keep the whole group entertained. At Chichén Itzá, we were lucky enough to have Noah as our guide. He was incredible – so passionate and full of fascinating information. Honestly, I could have listened to him talk all day.
The site itself was breathtaking. We had plenty of time to explore, take photos, and soak it all in without feeling rushed. After visiting, we stopped for a cenote swim – and that was such a highlight! It was refreshing, fun, and such a unique experience to swim in such a beautiful natural setting.
I also want to mention the whole team – Beto, Noah, Alex and Zakheel – who were all fantastic and made the experience run so smoothly.
If you’re considering booking this trip, don’t hesitate – it’s a long day, but one you’ll never forget!
